Carmel Beach Cottage
Our Carmel by the Sea beach cottage is ideally located two blocks from the 13th Street entrance to the Carmel beach and eight blocks to town, in the heart of the Golden Rectangle. Our street is quiet and serene, it is not a major traveled road.
Our home is light, sunny and cheerful. The front and back patios extend your living space and comfort. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen and baths have been remodeled and updated for comfort but retain their cozy, cottage appeal.
The house is about 1400 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. It was built in 1947, and kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled and updated without losing their charm. Our home has a large master bedroom with memory foam mattress, 2nd bedroom/office with 2 desks, wireless DSL, and double size futon with memory mattress, large living room with lots of sunlight, hard wood floors and an open airy feeling.
Yard is completely fenced for your dog's security and your privacy.
Outside are great patios for outdoor enjoyment, barbequing and relaxing surrounded by pretty gardens and flowers and the sound of the surf in the background. In the back, nestled under Monterey Cypress trees is a relaxing hot tub.
The house is furnished with all the amenities you would expect from a quality vacation home: linens, dishes, quality kitchen wares, washer, dryer, TV's (large screen HDTV in living room), DVD, etc. For your additional enjoyment there are also his and hers road bikes, Soloflex workout machine, exercise bounce ball and yoga mat.

Why the Owner Chose Carmel By the Sea
We are 2 blocks to the beach and 8 blocks from town, and easy walk. Our street is quiet and serene. We have 2 dogs, being close to the leash free beach is important. We live within 90 miles of Carmel, so we enjoy the home often. Because we are so close we can easily and efficiently manage and take care of the property.

Location, Location, Location! Close to beach, close to town, great walking, quiet neighborhood. We wanted a home that would be light and comfortable, with large rooms and lots of usable outdoor space. We fell in love with Seabreeze on first sight.Front and back outdoor patios with BBQ and pretty gardens for relaxing and entertaining. Hot tub nestled under Monterey Cypress in back yard for relaxing. This home is furnished for upscale vacation enjoyment.
