Situated Just Steps from the Swimming Pool, This Condominium Is Like a Self Contained House. Located on the Edge Of Town Yet Within 2 Blocks Are Shops, Restaurants, Beach Activity Rentals, Surfing, Exciting Nightlife and Within a Few Miles of Canopy Tours and Hiking.
Almost Everything in Tamarindo, Including the Beach is Close to Los Suenos 2. Everything in the Home is Brand New. All Furniture is New, as Are All Linens, Dishes, Cookware Etc. The Kitchen is Fully Furnished with a Fridge, Stove, Washer, Microwave Etc. There is also a Clothes Washing Machine.
The Bedrooms have a Queen Bed in each room and there is a Large Comfortable Couch in the Living Room that can easily accommodate a Small Person or Child.
The Beach is Just a 5 Minute Drive. Within 2 Minutes You Can Reach a Grocery Store, a Laundry, a Large Shopping Plaza, a Surf Shop and an ATV Rental Shop. 20 Restaurants Are Within a 10-15 Minute Walk. There is a gym just around the corner within walking distance.
Los Suenos 2 is Gated and Guarded 24/7 and Has Easy Parking. The Pool is Cool and Inviting. The Bathrooms Are Clean and New. The Floors throughout the Home are all Tiled.
Cable TV and Once a Week Maid Service Are Included.
It is fairly easy to get in and out and around Tamarindo. There are local buses that run from 5am-10pm daily with limited service on Sundays. Playa Langosta to the south is easily walkable on the beach or by the road. Playa Grande to the north is just a $2.00 boat ride to cross the estuary. There are also local cab drivers in the center of town plus a free shuttle bus to the local garden plaza and the big supermarket.
The beach is about 5 or 6 blocks from the condo and the nightlife is all located on the main road off of the beach. There is a used book store called Jamie Peligro that buys and sells used books 4 blocks from the condo next to Olga's cafe and pastry shop. There is definitely lots of action in Tamarindo. 2 new bars called Bar UNO and Aqua Discoteq just went up within the last 6 months in addition to the existing ones. There is something to do every day and night of the week.
