'DRIFT AWAY', a beautiful new 2007 (JUST completed in SEPTEMBER...) custom built spacious 3000 square foot beach home on SECOND row in NW Lincoln City, Oregon. This fabulous home has breathtaking views from wall-to-wall oceanfront windows. You will literally be steps away from the beach, as our home is kitty-corner to NW 34TH BEACH ACCESS. BEACH access is flat and does not have any steps, wheel chair accessible.
This superior home is tastefully decorated to give you a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience as you enjoy the views of waves and surf from our amazing Oceanside window filled great room. All furnishings are completely brand new--from the furniture to the linens!!
You’ll never be at a loss for something to do at our home with so many extras including; Hot tub (with wind protected walls), POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL table, x-box, PlayStation 2, library, ALL PLASMA TV'S/DVD,"OVER 80 DVDS", wireless internet access, stereo, home theater set-up, board games, card games, puzzles, BBQ grill, beach toys, an amazing 100 game stand-up arcade machine (no quarters needed!), or just sink into our comfy massage chair by the fireplace and read a good book.
'DRIFT AWAY' will fit all your needs with five full-sized bedrooms, open Great room with adjoining NOOK room and dining (dining seats 14), fully equipped kitchen, four bathrooms, family recreation room (with bigscreen tv and surround sound), and two decks (one with gas BBQ grill and hot tub and one looking out on the ocean.) All linens provided.
Check-in time 4:00 p.m. and check-out time 11:00 a.m.
Three upstairs bedrooms: one executive master suite with King Bed and a queen size futon. Master bath has jetted garden tub and separate walk-in shower with jetted body sprays and rainhead (even the shower has a window with the view of the waves)..second Master suite with King bed and an amazing ocean view. Both master suites have access to balcony w/phenominal beach view!! The third room has a luxurious queen bed and a twin size double bunk.
There is another upstairs full bath with shower.
Downstairs has two bedrooms;first bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 single beds.) Second bedroom has a queen bed with one single bed. There is one full bathroom downstairs, (with tub/shower) off of the recreation room.
All beds have Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop mattresses (even the twin bunks!)
Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, SLAB countertops and a bar that seats three), adjoining dining with HUGE table for seating up to 14, and a nook that seats up to 6, adjoining Great room with fireplace, plasma TV/DVD/, surround sound, built-in video library with over 80 dvd's and full ocean-front windows wall to wall.
The family recreation room has a built-in library with a huge sectional sofa which converts to an additional full size bed. There is also a BIG SCREEN TV/DVD, X-box, Playstation 2 and a theater like surround sound system. The recreation area also features a 100 game arcade machine. (NO coins required!!)
"DRIFT AWAY" has parking for 5-6 vehicles (depending on vehicle size.) There is parking for at least 4 vehicles directly in front of house and more then plentiful off-street parking.
Beach access is through the NW 34th street access, which is located across the street and three houses north (approximately 150 feet.)
