Beautiful 3300 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom ranch home with two-car garage, gourmet kitchen, wraparound deck with gorgeous views and accommodations for up to 10 people. Two bedrooms have king size beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Additionally, two queen size air mattress are available. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and television with cable. The master suite has a 5-piece bath with jetted tub. All linens and kitchen/cooking utensils are provided. There is dining seating for 12. The house has a washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher.
Nearby activities include Sol Vista Ski Resort (2 miles), Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts (15 miles - shuttle available from Silver Creek lodge at neighborhood entrance), town of Granby (3 miles), Grand Lake (20 minute drive), Grand Elk Golf Course (across highway), Headwaters at Granby Ranch Golf Course (within development), snowmobiling in Grand Lake or Winter Park, and use of facilities at Silver Creek Lodge located at neighborhood entrance (pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, restaurant). There is a full-sized City Market grocery store across the highway.
A great house for entertaining, close to a wide range of year-round activities. You'll feel at home with comfortable furnishings and two gas fireplaces. We've made a lot of great memories there, and we hope you and your family will enjoy it as much as we do.
