The master suite has a 5-piece bath with jetted tub. All linens and kitchen/cooking utensils are provided. There is dining seating for 12. The house has a washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher.
Nearby activities include Sol Vista Ski Resort (2 miles), Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts (15 miles - shuttle available from Silver Creek lodge at neighborhood entrance), town of Granby (3 miles), Grand Lake (20 minute drive), Grand Elk Golf Course (across highway), Headwaters at Granby Ranch Golf Course (within development), snowmobiling in Grand Lake or Winter Park, and use of facilities at Silver Creek Lodge located at neighborhood entrance (pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, restaurant). There is a full-sized City Market grocery store across the highway.
