Free WiFi in this three-bedroom, three-bath, fourth floor, end unit. Luxury condominium is beautifully furnished and decorated in a beach motif. The large wrap around balcony is accessible from living room, dining room, and master bedroom and directly overlooks the beach. Romar Place 406 has a spectacular panoramic view, especially from its 4th floor perch. All the pictures you see were taken by me and are of the actual place.

Great room has new 42 flat screen TV, DVD/VCR combination, sleeper sofa. Full-size dining table that seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Fully-equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliences.

The master suite has a king-size bed, TV/DVD, private bath, and two six by eight feet sliding glass doors leading to the gulf front deck. The second suite has its own private deck, check bottom pictures both sides, full bath, two full beds,TV/DVD. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV/DVD, and full bath. Full-size washer and dryer with iron and board.

Now really, you've found it, RENT IT!!!!!!!!. If you don't somebody else will. Remember as your looking for the cheapest rate "the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low prices are forgotten"
