San Remo is an intimate four story gated resort condominium in Santa Rosa Beach just minutes away from Destin, Sandestin, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This beautiful professionally decorated condo easily sleeps 9 people with a king bed in the master, queen bed in one guest room, a bunk bed with a double on the lower bunk in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Relax on the extra large balcony overlooking the gulf, dunes, pool, spa, and private fishing pond with fountain. Enjoy a complimentary beach setup March 1-October 31 when you rent this condo. Complimentary bath amenities-L'Occitane soap, shampoo, and lotion. Free WiFi in condo. Effective April '09 we have added two bicycles and helmets at the condo for our guests to enjoy the 18 mile bike path along 30A.
San Remo features an array of amenities to make your stay memorable. Large gulf side pool, large separate hot tub, private pond with fishing dock and fountain, and fully equipped exercise facility overlooking the pool. From guestbook June 27, 2009 Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful condo! We enjoyed ourselves very much. We used to come to Destin for our vacation nearly every year but this has been our first visit back in 5 years! We have never stayed on 30A before. The beaches are very beautiful and not as congested. We brought our daughter (age 23) and her boyfriend. We also brought our son (age 15) and his friend. Everyone did their "own thing" and had a relaxing trip. We had dinner in the condo a couple of nights. We went to Destin one night to eat at my favorite restaurant-Louisianna Lagniappe. (If you go-order the Grouper ala Kevin) I get it everytime! Our last night here we had take out from the Red Bar-awesome crab cakes. Oh yeah-we rented a pontoon boat and went to Crab Island. From guestbook August 20, 2009 Thanks for the use of the condo. It was perfect for our families to come and relax together. One of the most pleasant surprises in dining was at Goatfeathers! Their fried shrimp was incredible. In years past my husband and I have always stayed in Panama City. We are now San Remo fans! We still drove over to Captain Andersons because it has been a long timed family tradition. I spent my 50th birthday here this year and so far it's been a blast! Hope the rest of the year continues to go this good. Staying through a tropical storm was very interesting. Your condo is furnished perfect for extending families. The Sasser Families

From guestbook September 12, 2009 Thank you for a wonderful week in Santa Rosa! We have had wonderful weather & the greatest place to stay & enjoy it all-San Remo 202! My husband and I traveled down from the Chattanooga, TN area with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren, ages 3 and 10 months. The set up of the condo, the spacious balcony-everything was perfect for our little group. We enjoyed the pool & beach every day and the great local restaurants every night. From Elmo's Grill to Goatfeathers to Bayou Bills to Louisanna Lagnaippe-superb!! We lunched at Fudpuckers one day, too great as always, and had one evening at one of our "non-local"-PF Changs always good. The kids love the train & merry-go-round at Pier Park in Panam City Beach & the big kids loved the shopping at Silver Sands! Great week! Thanks for opening your home to us. We'll be back soon I hope!

I believe that this is my other home. I am a cancer survivor and a singer and song writer and love to go to the beach and write songs!! Thanks and checkout my music- myspace/ gina cook music. From guestbook June 20th After a much needed 10 day vacation we are leaving to return to our home in GA. We are living with wonderful memories of family time, laughter and beautiful beaches. Our three children ages 16, 13, & 9 will remember this condo forever. Everyday was beautiful, we ate dinner on the patio and relaxed with NO schedule.
