San Remo is an intimate four story gated resort condominium in Santa Rosa Beach just minutes away from Destin, Sandestin, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This beautiful professionally decorated condo easily sleeps 9 people with a king bed in the master, queen bed in one guest room, a bunk bed with a double on the lower bunk in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Relax on the extra large balcony overlooking the gulf, dunes, pool, spa, and private fishing pond with fountain. Enjoy a complimentary beach setup March 1-October 31 when you rent this condo. Arrive to find 100% cotton sheets and towels plus soaps and paper goods in the bathrooms. Need to keep in touch with the office? Free WiFi in condo. Discounted rental rates for bikes - delivered to your door with helmets for our guests to enjoy the 18 mile bike path along 30A.

You know how much we enjoy this place since it's our 4th yr in a row. So grateful to have such nice friends as you. We had a most relaxing week - ever! Walking the beach and dining out in the evenings - "Goatfeathers" was our favorite close walk & excellent food and service. Calamari is great @ Smiling Fish. We had a fabulous week in San Remo #202. The condo was perfect - we especially enjoyed breakfast & lunch on the patio. Everyone was so friendly. Thanks Nancy and Larry for providing everything we could need for a relaxing week at the beach. We had great dinner's at Goatfeathers and Stinky's. Thanks for a lovely week + at San Remo 202 we love it here! The pool, spa, and beach were amazing everyday! The boys love playing and hanging out here. We had our favorite dinner at Goatfeathers and Enzos, plus Graffiti's @ Baytowne... Ice cream - @ Miss Lucille's was a regular treat! Thanks for providing a lovely place, and lovely welcoming items (beach towel, wine, & Dunkin Donuts Coffee!) It's a little bit of home! The DD Coffee was an amazing touch! This was a fabulous condo. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we really enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the balcony. The pool area is so large and well maintained. We love San Remo, this is our second year here and Nancy and Larry have been wonderful to work with.We thoroughly enjoy the laid back atmosphere of the Santa Rosa area - great restaurants minus the traffic jams of the Destin area. I hope we can return next year with the whole family!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Outstanding property ! Gorgeous Gulf of Mexico views from the large balcony patio w/table and chairs to use for outdoor dining, reading or lounging. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. Lot's of room with 3 full baths. The location is excellent where you can bike, walk to restaurants or via car a short ride to numerous dining venues. We had excellent weather and the beaches are in prisitine shape with the chair and umbrella set up a nice amenity to include with the rental. The pool is large, clean and heated. I have stayed in this complex 3 times and yes I will return again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family of 8 recently stayed in unit 202 for Spring Break 2012 and we could not have been happier with the unit, the complex or with the town of Santa Rosa Beach. The unit was in perfect condition and met all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as we cooked in several nights and even cooked a large meal for other families for Easter. The complex was also excellent. The pool and hot tub were always clean and perfect for the kids and adults. When looking at pictures before our stay we were worried the beach looked like quite the trek but we were pleasantly surprised that it was very close even when dragging all the kids stuff back and forth. The complex is perftectly located just a short walk from the town center that has several restaurants and shops. One of the main things we loved about Santa Rosa was the quite small feel of the town. It was not too busy and crowded like some of the other neighboring towns. However, it was close enough to Destin and other places to make a quick drive to the attractions the kids wanted to go to. Overall we could not have been happier with our entire vacation and we will definitely be back in the very near future! Thanks for making our trip PERFECT:-)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
