Private Pool - Tucson Rental Located in the picturesque Tucson Mountains, this lovely 2 bedroom + den home offers tranquility, privacy, and casual southwestern ambiance suitable for short or long-term visits to The Old Pueblo. Situated on over 3 acres of lush desert, you will be surrounded by saguaro cactus and mesquite trees in every direction. Hidden from the main road, this home is perfect for "getting away from it all". Large windows frame the morning sun rising from the east over your back yard, and cactus-studded mountains rise to silhouette your sunsets to the west. For early risers enjoying coffee on the covered patio, you will be treated to scenes of abundant wildlife that call this area home, including javalina, coyote, rabbits, reptiles, an abundant variety of birds, and migrating butterflies. The private pool offers gorgeous mountain views and privacy as well while you soak up the Arizona sunshine. The pool is solar heated, and enclosed in a separate yard for the safety of children and your family dog. In the kitchen, you will find colorful tile and a gas stove for cooking. There is plenty of cabinet space and a separate pantry with a full sized washer and dryer. The living room features 18ft ceilings, framed by wood support beams that add a rustic feel to the room. Rest by the wood burning fireplace on a winter's night and enjoy the view from the large windows. There is a quarter bath off the main entrance for guest use. The master bedroom features a soft king bed, a garden tub, and walk in shower. There is private access to the back patio. The guest room has a queen bed and there is an additional full bath for guests. In the "reading room", find peace and quite. Explore Arizona on the huge wall map of hiking trails and dream up possible excursions around Tucson or around the State. This room also offers a futon, that can fold down to accommodate more friends or family. Located in the far west of Tucson, this home is situated at a perfect vantage point for exploring the Southwest. Shopping and dining can be found within a few minutes, and I-10 is only about two miles from your front door. From there, you can strike out for a day trip to Nogales, Mexico, Kartchner Caverns, Bisbee, Tombstone, or even Phoenix and Scottsdale. Due to its ideal location, this home is also perfect for those traveling to Tucson for business. Downtown is only about 10 minutes from here! Your pet is welcome, but please inquire for deposits and restrictions. This home is available for short or long term visits any time!
