This home has an unparalleled panoramic view of the coast from Neahkahnie Mountain in the north to Cape Mears in the south. This three bedroom, two bath house is very light and airy with two decks and a spectacular view from each room in the house. It is about a three-minute drive to the beach.

We stayed in late August, 2012. We loved our stay because of the views, the coziness, and the wildlife near the home. The kitchen is small, but we found it clean and stocked well enough to prepare excellent meals for four adults and two children. It was a little crowded in the living area if we all wanted to be there at the same time. There is no full sofa, only a loveseat, but we found plenty of chairs. We want to return to this home, and we have a few suggestions: The home needs a thorough DEEP cleaning. Upholstery is really dirty and so are carpets. We had to fold up the rug in the living room and put it away because it was just too dirty and the vacuum didn't do the job. A better quality of bedding is desirable - the sheets were downright scratchy and the pillows were limp. If we come again, we would need to bring our own sheets and pillows. The window sills especially need attention. The bathroom door downstairs does not lock or even close fully. Other than those items, we found the bathrooms clean and well-stocked. And as we said, we would love to return to this home, albeit with fewer of us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Summer: June-August ............... $1,150/week plus cleaning fee and lodging tax Winter: Sep-May .. $129-$225/night plus cleaning fee. Call or email me for daily, winter and holiday rates. Daily rates based on number of guests and length of stay. Holidays require three night minimum. Maximum occupancy is 8 including infants and children. Dogs may be allowed with prior approval and pet fee. You must be 25 years of age to rent this house.
