  We are a family of 5 and the condo was perfectly suited to our requirements. All the modcons you would expect and very comfortable beds and sofas made the stay all the more enjoyable. It was also handy to have underground parking at the condo. Bryan was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble for him which is always reassuring. Park City is a great ski resort and the condo is right next to the lifts so is in a perfect location to get you on the slopes first thing in the morning. Its also close to Main St which is very lively in the evening and has lots of great restuarants catering for every taste. With Deer Valley and Canyons right next door and Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude an easy 45 minute drive away you have fantastic variety with all being great ski resorts in different ways. Would definitely rent this condo again.

  Our vacation in Park CIty actually started about 5 months before we flew to Salt Lake CIty, when we booked our condo through Bryan. He was extremely honest about every detail, and everything that he states about the condo is 100% true! Location is excellent, decor is beautiful, and the condo is very home-like and roomy! Bryan thinks of everything form parking passes to discounted lift ticket locations. If we visit Park City again, we will definitely try and book this condo again. Location was about 25 steps form the lift chairs, and you can truly ski in and ski out. The lockers are actually about 5 steps inside of the building, so we did not have to carry our snow boards very far at all. Parking was convenient as well, and right next to the elevators, so again, perfect! The Snow Flower condos even have grocery carts and luggage carts right next to the elevators, so going to condo with baggage or groceries was a breeze! The condo has everything to make the trip even better! Appliances all worked perfectly, and he had pots and pans, plenty of dishes so that you did not have to wash everyday, and the closet space was plenty! Both bedrooms had plenty of drawer space, and you could actually walk around the beds, which is unusual in most condos. All in all, this is one of the best condos we have ever stayed at in a ski resort. Bryan is easy to work with and followed up promptly whenever I had a question, either via email or cell phone. We have now found the perfect condo in Park City Mountain.

  Claims accurate- this is a great vacation lodging! As promised: perfectly easy ski-in ski out location: immaculately kept rooms with convenient amenities, nice view of pools and evergreens, updated decor and comfortable furniture; organized owner so logistics smooth like butter; walking distance to down for non-ski folks, etc. Overall an excellent property. We had a fantastic time there. Thanks, Snowflower!

  We had an excellent stay. Condo is very close to ski lift and hot tub/pool. Owner is very easy to deal with and provides detailed instructions regarding ins and outs of unit and area in general. Cheaper than going through PC Mt Resort. A great place to stay and ski in PC. Highly recommended.

  This is an awesome place to stay. We stayed for a week with our 14 month son and it truly felt like home. It is very cozy and the perfect size for 3-4 people. The fire in the living room and the location of the couches just makes it exceptionally cozy. We left our son with a babysitter for 4 days and he loved exploring the condo. The best part is that it is right on the mountain, so we would go leave at 9am to ski, then come back in for lunch and go back out after lunch. It is right next to the Eagle Lift (good for getting to other parts of the mountain and for intermediate) and the First Time lift (Beginners). You can also walk (1 minutes) to a few restaurants/delis located at Park City Mountain Resort and a few shops and a convenience store. Also, a 3 minute drive to the movie theater, grocery store and a 5 minute drive (or 20 minute walk, which we did b/c one day it was 50 degrees) to Main Street. Parking on Main St was very easy. The owner was very accommodating and available, letting us check out late and replying immediately to all our concerns. The hot tub and pool were great too and just steps from the condo, but bring a robe and slippers b/c it is cold! They have a sled for your use too. If you are bringing kids, I highly reccommend Guardian Angel services for rentals and babysitters. We will be back on our next trip to Park City!

  Everything about this posting is accurate and complete. The photos are true and valid. The owner could not have been more responsive. He provided detailed information and insider tips to help make plans for trip ahead of time. His recommendation for rentals at the Park City Sports was one of the best. Our equipment was terrific and the service there was awesome. And somehow, he even arranged for Mother Nature to provide terrific snow for our stay!

  We had a fabulous vacation staying at Bryan's condo in Snowflower. Great unit. Well taken care of. Very spacious, bright and clean. Comfortable beds. All of Bryan's tip were perfect! Follow them. We are looking forward to returning asap!

  We've been to Park City a number of times and our two most important criteria are : spacious and close to the mountain. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 - so much roomier than anything that we've stayed at before. I always worry about what "ski in ski out" means to owners. This was incredible - it was literally 50 feet from the entrance to the condos to the lift. I'd leave the condo at 9:00 am and be skiing down the mountain by 9:15! In a word, the place was perfect. Bryan was great to work with - he did everything that he said he'd do - and in record time. Oh yeah, the hot tub was an added bonus. Always great to jump in after a day of skiing. We'll be back!

  Just returned from a wonderful week in Park City where we were lucky enough to get over 12" of new snow! This condo is truly everything that it is represented to be. It was clean, well maintained and is updated. Also very well equipped with little extras. It truly is ski in/ski out! Bryan was very easy to deal with and quick with responses to any questions. We will definitely rent this condo again!!
