In the winter, snowmobile from the door, cross country or downhill ski at nearby resorts, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak, or Attitash.

Spring, Summer and Fall offer numerous activities such as hiking, mountain biking,horseback riding, golfing, and fishing.There are numerous secluded ponds and lakes just minutes away for canoeing, boating or swimming. Located just 3 miles from Kezar lake's public access you may bring your boat. Spend the day antiquing or shopping the outlet stores in nearby North Conway, Rock hounds spend your day at Deer Hill mineral site (amethyst and other minerals) During the fall visit the Fryeburg Fair. After a day of fun come home and relax in the outdoor hot tub under the stars.

Access to game room with pool table, ping pong, video games and free use an extensive DVD library in the next door Inn.

    Hi Deb, Thanks for letting me know. We had a great time up there, and enjoyed ourselves very much. You have a lovely place! A bit farther from Sunday River than we're used to, but it more than made up for it with extra elbow room and creature comforts. Anyhow, very glad to hear we left the place in acceptable shape. We did our best but one can never be certain with a place you're renting for the first time. Thank you very much for renting to us! John

  • Hi Deb, Wanted to send you a Thank You! We had a great time despite the weather. We hiked Sabattus Mountain, hiked to the Weilhiem cottage, went to see the water falls on Willow Brook, Newry and Grafton Notch also spent some time at Evans Notch. One day we went to Deer Hill, and found some small pieces of amethyst. We also kayaked from the marina on Kezar to the Lovell town beach. The best hike was from right out of the condo. to Speckle Mountain, that was about 5 hour trip. Also went Antiquing. There is so... much to do. We had more planned but, we will have to plan another trip! Kathy & Phil and family Rhode Island

  • I loved the cabin. The area was quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I was wanting. I'm definitely coming back next winter and maybe this summer too. All the tips they gave me about the area were great also. I'm from Texas and this was my first time to Maine and I loved it.

    Hi Deb Thank You so much for the rental. We loved our time in the condo, we were fortunate enough to see a moose and her baby, the hummingbirds and so much more. The hot tub was just the place for John and I to unwind when the kids had gone to bed. As promised the stars gave us a fabulous show including a shooting star one night! We hope to return to Maine sometime in the future and will be in touch.

    Deb You have a really nice place, in a really nice setting. We went over to the Mt. Washington area. We went to Freeport. It was very relaxing in the hot tub. We miss it and have decided to buy one soon. You have a beautifull area. We do not get fresh seafood at home. Thanks for allowing us to stay in the condo.

  • Deb, The term “Snowmobilers Haven” is a bit of an understatement in our opinion. Your condo is truly in a perfect location for enjoying the snowmobile trails in the Lovell area. The location is cozy and remote but at the same time only a short distance to North Conway NH or other Maine area attractions. Eric & Shannon
