Wonderful condo, clean, all the amenities! Arrived to find fresh green apples and wine. Great location!! Cross the street to find grassy park and spectacular ocean view. Just a quick walk down to sparkling Strands Beach!! Just 2 min. Car ride to harbor and Doheney where we found paddle boarding, jet skis, and surfing!!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The location of the Condo was great. Walking distance to the beach and driving distance to many other beaches, Sea World, Disney etc. The Condo was large and airy and very well equipt and up to date. The owners had beach toys, towels, chairs and even wake boards all there for our use. The only small disappointment was that the condo floors were not very clean when we arrived, there was even popcorn remaining on the floors. When i tired to find a broom and mop to clean it up they were filthy and wet. But that is the only negatives. The owners were great at answering our question and giving directions. The condo is right beside the pool and a great way to finish the day.

The location between LA and San Diego was perfect for going to Sea World to the south and the aquarium and Universal studios to the north. For military families access to Camp Pendleton was also very handy to get discounted tickets at the ITT office,items at the MCX and food items for your stay at the commisary. Access to the beach was a small journey but worth every step to get there. Very nice beach and not crowded or trashed out. The unit was very nicely appointed and would work well for a family that didn't want to eat out all meals. The only small items that needed attention was the coffemaker and the toaster. Coffeemaker didn't make coffee and the toaster had a couple of heating elements out and you had to rotate your toast/bagel etc. The wine and apples upon arrival was welcome and delicious.During our stay we didn't need the heat or air conditioning due to the location and the season. The ceiling fans worked well to maintain a comfortable temp. Parking for the unit was close. Overall we had a very good time and would consider this unit and area for future visits.

The condo we rented was everything it was said to be and more! For the about the same price as a motel we had two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, two TVs, and a washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable-pillow top with down bedding. There was even wine and cookies for our arrival. The condo is right next to the pool and hot tub so that was very convenient. The walk to the beach is a hike but well worth it!. The sunset was outstanding walking bare foot on the beach with the waves crashing! We could even see a whale and dolphins! The weather was in the mid to upper 70's so we had such a wonderful New Year's family trip!

My family had a great time while in Dana Point. The condo we right outside the pool, and a quick walk to the ocean clif. We walked down the stairs (past some really nice houses in a private community, FYI- don't walk on their street) to the beach. Bob was great and even had a high chair, a pack and play, sippy cups and baby spoons for the kids and wine for us! I would go back again!!!

We enjoyed the location very much, just walking distance to the beach. The condo was lovely and the owners were very accomodating. They even left us two bottles of wine and some apples which we did eat! The condo was immaculate, we will definitely come again. The corner unit was great, close to the pool and parking lot. We never had time to go into the pool, but it looked nice. We spent most of our time at the Strand beach club where our friends will be moving into soon. The beach was awesome.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! Bob was so great to work with and the condo had everything we needed. We were traveling with our new baby and it couldn't have worked out better. Just across the street from the beach, the complex is well maintained and the condo, just as pictured, was great! We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay at the property in September 2010. The photographs and description on the website truly reflected the quality of the apartment. We will definitely consider visiting again. Bob was very easy to deal with and responded promptly to all e-mails and enquiries.

The condition and location of this property could not have been better. I did not realize how close to the beach this condo is from the write up. The owners were very gracious in our contact with them. Everything was as clean as could be, plenty of towels, including beach towels. The entire complex is very clean and well landscaped. This is an absolutely great place to stay for the price!! It simply can't be beat.

The condo was very clean, accessible, and comfortable for my family of five. An inflatable twin mattress was provided for my third child (all are teens)and the kitchen was well appointed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our stay at Bob's condo was wonderful. An amazing location right across the street from the beach, and the condo was so beautifully equipped and decorated. It is perfect for two couples, or a family. We loved it so much, we are staying there again in April!

We really had a wonderful week in Dana Point. We celebrated our anniversary at Cannon's and spend several days just soaking up the sun at the beach. The accommodations are great. The fact that this condo has a complete kitchen and laundry made it really easy to eat most of our meals at home and then relax at the pool or beach. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants the comforts of home with a pool and nearby beach access.

My wife, son and I stayed at the condo for a week and really liked it. It's very clean, quiet, and nicely furnished: bamboo floor, stainless steel appliances, etc. The pool (it's heated) was right next door. There was also a park across the street that had trails leading down to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

We have spent a lot of money staying at high priced hotels in Laguna Beach and frankly, enjoyed our stay at this condo more for a fraction of the cost. Everything exceeded our expectations and we look forward to our next stay.

Our family of 5 rented this beautiful condo for a long weekend in July. All the arrangements went smoothly despite renting from abroad. When we arrived to the condo, it was in perfect condition. During our stay in this calm and beautiful town we visited the nearby beaches and ate a few times at the harbor. We also spent a lot of time at the pool. All our wishes were fulfiled by the owners and we really wish we can one day return to Dana Point and this condo. Thank you!

All the latest and the best - Bob has outfitted his apartment with the very latest electronics so at night you can surf the widescreen cinema TV and in the day surf on the beach ;o). We walked along the sea shore twice a day, everyday whilst staying at Bob's perfect vacation apartment. Really enjoyed resting in the evening in the two hot tubs after watching the sun set. Fantastic and Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything is thought out carefully and of very high quality. There's a beautiful beach just a few minutes away plus a swimming pool 2 steps away. We enjoyed it, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time we are in California!

The condo was great and very convenient to the beaches and Southern California attractions. It has a great easy in- easy out location and the parking was also convenient. The wide scrren TV, wireless and pool are also great to have at one's disposal. It so nice to stay at a "home away from home", and the rental was priced quite competitively. The wine and snacks on arrival were also a welcome treat after our 2500 mile trip. We look forward to returning in the future. Mahalo Niu Loa!

We just got back from our vacation/tennis tournament and we already want to go back. The condo is so beautifully decorated and everything is so comfortable! My boys loved going to the beach in the mornings and coming back for a jacuzzi. The condo is located right by the pool/jacuzzi, so I can see them out the window. The owners are super nice and helpful and it was easy to make reservations and get in contact with them. Our family can't recommend this condo enough. We definitely want to come back to this same place next year for our tournament!

The condo is in a perfect location for the beach. Inside it is bright and furnished in a contemporary way. The beds are comfortable and there is internet access. The kitchen is well stocked and it was like home from home! I highly recommend the condo if you like upscale amenities and a perfect location. Every thing was just perfect.

Enjoyed the accomodation, Nicely layed out has all the ammenities,very pleasant and helpfull owners. Great location close to the pool and hot tub. Short drive to everything from Beaches, Horseshow park, and all other S. Cal attractions. Only 25 minutes drive from Orange County Airport. Thanks BOB
