With its lake access, sun-drenched deck, and lakeside hot tub, this inviting rental will charm your entire group, whether you visit for a week of relaxation or an exciting fun-filled weekend of snow or water skiing adventure.
'Brockway Vista Lakefront' can accommodate 11 guests in beds and boasts two well-appointed Master Suites (one with in-shower sauna), one with a king and one with a queen and a convertible futon sofa. There are three additional guest bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a queen and desk/office space, and another with a double/twin bunk). The 3 1/2 bathrooms assure that there will be no waiting when rushing off for an early ski run, or brisk morning hike.
In addition, we welcome your well-mannered indoor family dog. There are 4 TV's with cable, movie channels, and DVD players. You can enjoy either the open wood burning fireplace or the gas fireplace which both provide a warm, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings after a long day enjoying all the wonders of Lake Tahoe. And keep your toes warm with in-floor radiant heating on the lower level. The spacious kitchen with granite countertops and all new appliances is stocked with all the tools you'll need to prepare meals for your entire group. The dining room provides a lovely setting to share a quiet romantic dinner for two by the fireplace, or a celebration dinner for the whole gang.
Bring your boat, or rent one at a nearby marina, and keep it moored on the home's buoy. The boat launch facility is conveniently located at far end of the street as is the very sandy State Park beach. Use of the neighbor's pier and property are strictly prohibited for renters.
The one-car garage plus carport is suitable for two smaller vehicles. Additional parking is available for 2 large vehicles across the street during summer months. Two designated parking spots are provided during winter. There is no driveway and no parking allowed on the street during the winter.
High-speed wireless internet access allows you to check your email or surf the web without having to leave this beautiful retreat.

Home was very clean and very well stocked. We would stay here again. Very close to skiing and food. Loved location on lake. Could have used more toilet paper. Plenty of kitchen utensils, blankets, etc.. Appreciated hottub being ready for use and beach towels. Enjoyed having laundry and dish detergent here already. Appreciated the welcome bottle of wine.
