Why the Owner Chose MoabMoab has been our favorite vacation destination since we got married. We had been camping in Moab for years and we weren't planning to buy a condo the day we saw this one but one look was all it took. A friend had taken two apartments and turned them into beautiful condos with very high end finishes (hand plastered walls and marble countertops in Moab?). And the beautiful back yard was just a wonderful surprise. We have always loved to sit outdoors in the evening in Moab so we were thrilled to discover that we would have a place to do that comfortably with this condo. Being downtown cinched the deal and we bought this place on the spot.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoWalking downtown for dinner is the best! Yet it's so quiet, there's no traffic or hotel noise in this neighborhood. Having the huge backyard makes us feel like we've got our own space, even though we're right in the middle of everything. We know you'll love it as much as we do!

We are "50 somethings" from Boulder, Colorado. Marc owns and operates an electronic surplus and parts store in Boulder and Kel runs her family's property management business. We have been going to Moab for many years and we love it now more than ever!

We had a great time on our kids spring break trip to Moab. Having the condo made our trip even more enjoyable than we ever imagined. Great location; once we got back from our Mountain bike rides we were able to just walk into town and enjoy the shops and resturants. The place was plenty big for the 4 of us although we fought over who got to take the first showers after riding. I must admit it was always good to have that fantastic shower waiting for us after some long days on the bikes. The wife and I spent some "quality time" outside on the back patio while the boys hung out watching TV so it was nice to be able to get away when we all needed down time. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you needed from cooking to laundry. It was nice being somewhat secluded off the main streets and we felt very safe being next to the sheriffs station. Having room in the back to work on the bikes was also very convienient. Because of the great accomidations we are planning on coming back next year to explore more trails and hopefully stay at the condo again. This was a very good deal considering the great location and that this is a newer condo. We would highly reccomend staying here ; (only not during our next years spring break because hopefuly we'll be back.) Have Fun.

We had an amazing time. The pictures don't do it justice. It's bigger than it seems on photos. The appliances and furnishings are top-notch and the location is killer. I highly recommend this for a couples retreat, especially if you want immediate access to the downtown and a place to store your bikes. We will surely be reserving this again in the future when we visit Moab. It's a gem.

We had a great stay at the Off Center condo in downtown Moab. Moab, of course, was wonderful as always. The owners of the condo added lots of little touches that made us fel welcome and cared for. We truly felt at home. The bed was extremely comfortable; I think I slept better here than I do at home, and the shower is exceptional. Next time come to Moab, I won't look any further than the Off Center Condo for accommodations!

You don't have to look any further. This is the best place to rent if you are staying in Moab. Not only is the information about this wonderful condo complete and accurate so is the process of renting and the follow up. Kel is a pro. Most visitors already said it and I will do it again, because it is so true; great kitchen with quality equipment, fantastic bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and cozy living room. And a fantastic central, downtown but quiet location. When we entered the condo it looked even better than the pictures. During the 7 nights we stayed here we experienced all the comfort one can wish for and even beyond. We will be back.

My husband and two children stayed at the condo for 4 nights in November. After a long drive with children it is great to walk in and immediately feel comfortable and able to relax. The condo itself is super clean, well equipped and the location couldn't be beat. There is nothing that we needed for and loved coming back to relax after a full day of hiking. I would highly recommend it since it really added to our vacation.

My husband, 14 year old son, and I spent almost a week at this condo. It was so much more than we expected from the pictures and was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It is clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. We especially loved the well stocked kitchen with quality cookware and utensils as well as high quality appliances. Also a treat was the walk-in, tile shower - perfect after a long day outdoors. The location is just right, being right downtown within walking distance to great shops and restaurants as well as many of the tours while still being quiet during the day and night. We especially enjoyed the Love Muffin (they will pack great sandwiches for your day out) and Miguel's Baja Grill. Also if you are at all interested in rappelling or canyoneering, don't miss going on a trip with Desert Highlights! I highly recommend this property, and we can't wait to come back!
