My husband and I and our two adult daughters are leaving today after an 8 day stay. We can't speak highly enough of the facility, the owners, and the RPM property staff. Beautiful and spacious condo, with every possible kitchen need covered. The view from the deck is lush and tropical. Onsite staff and security were also helpful. So close to town and the beach, but total peace and serenity on the grounds. We saw a multitude of critters right from the deck. Iguanas, monkeys, and many many inquisitive birds. Our great thanks for contributing to our vacation.
Owner response:Thank you Russann and Rolland for your kind words. We hope to see you again. Syd and Lynne

My husband and I rented this villa for 10 days and it was absolutely perfect! Its location is minutes from the busy town of Tamarindo, far enough for privacy but close enough to walk to town daily to enjoy the food and culture; Tamarindo beach is just footsteps from the villa! Casablanca is very safe, and clean. It has all the ammenities you need (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, towels, blankets, safe, iron, pool, BBQ) the only thing missing was an alarm clock. We were connected with RPM Services who helped take care of our every need, from booking excursions and arranging transportation to providing restaurant suggestions. They were excellent! Thanks so much Syd for lending us this fabulous place for our first time in Costa Rica! We had a wonderful time and plan to come back again in the near future! Highly recommended, 5 stars!
Owner response:Thanks so much for your kind review. We hope that all our guests have a wonderful time and enjoy Casablanca as much as we do. Thanks again and I hope we see you again in the future. Syd

We liked our first stay in the Casa Blanca community so much we returned two years later (Xmas 2011). Everything was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen/ living areas/ linen etc. All mod cons from DVD player, HDMI TV (plug your Ipad etc in if you have your cable) to dishwasher, washer dryer etc. Hotel style wall safe in one of the rooms (just in case). Very clean property upon arrival. Cleaner came once during our stay, we kept it clean the rest of the time (I understand you can make arrangements for more frequent cleaning, but may have to pay extra). Great pool (shared with 4 other properties). Safe car parking. Only a 1 minute walk across the road, and down an alley to the beautiful beach. Easy communication with owners- Thank! We'll gladly return a third time. JW
Owner response:Thank you so much Jan. We do as much as possible to ensure our guests enjoy Casablanca and our villa as much as we do. We have a small group of owners dedicated to make Casablanca a wonderful unique place. The tropical intimate setting and the small number of villas is really wonderful when compared to the large impersonal condos that are in the area. Thanks again for your comments. Syd

My family of 5 stayed at for 4 nights in July 2011 and had a great time. The villa is very well equipped, has beautiful air conditioning (welcome, because it was hot in Tamarindo!), and a second story lanai that overlooks the pool. I enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the squirrels and iguanas make their way up the trees. The closest beach in front of the villa was indeed great for swimming and stand up paddling. Boards were rented in town, about a 10 minute walk. The owner made the rental process very easy, and set up transportation for us from the Tamarindo airport. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your lovely home.
Owner response:Thanks so much for your kind comments. We hope to see you again. Syd

Hola Syd, We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful Villa in Tamarindo. I felt like we were up in a tree house while sitting out on the deck among the monkeys, Iguana's, birds and squirrels. It was a perfect week in your beautiful condo, the grounds and pool were beautiful!

Syd We had a great time at your unit. We particularly enjoyed being surrounded by the trees with monkeys, birds, iguanas, squirrels and other animals that inhabit the treetops and really not having to go anywhere to see them. While access to the beach was terrific, the kids probably spent more time in the pool! Though we are adventurers and did get to Palo Verde and Arenal, both spectacular trips, we were also happy to spend time hanging out on the balcony, swimming, barbecuing and enjoying high-speed internet to communicate with the rest of the world when we wanted to acknowledge it was there. Especially we enjoyed having some distance between us and town, but having handy access to what we needed. Thanks very much - it really was a great holiday all round - in a country we look forward to visiting again.

Syd, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your villa. The grounds were beautiful, the wildlife and flora surrounding was superb. From the first email, to arrival, to departure, everything went so smoothly. Thank you for helping to make my family's vacation perfect!

My husband and I had the most wonderful honeymoon staying at your villa in Costa Rica over Christmas. Each day a family, or group of howler monkeys climbed through the trees only a few feet away from the balcony. We truly enjoyed the location of your villa. It was perfectly situated between the bustling town, and the more quiet back roads. We were disappointed to leave and looking forward to returning as soon as possible. Thank you!
