Earlier risers will enjoy spectacular ocean view sunrises from your living room or the large private deck. Just over the dune, walk on the white sandy beach while collecting shells and shark teeth! You can spend the day relaxing on the beach while listening to the crash of the surf.
Civil War history buffs will enjoy Fort Clinch which is only minutes away. A few more minutes up the road is Historic Downtown Fernandina. While strolling the 18th Century main street browse the eclectic shops, have lunch or dinner in one of the local eating establishments, but make sure to have a beverage refreshment at the oldest Saloon in Florida "The Palace!"
Golfers will love the beautiful oak tree lined public course or the spectacular Amelia Island Plantation Private Course. With so many activities such as Charter Fishing, Horseback riding, Casino Boat Excursions and Historic Sightseeing, you can stay as busy as you choose or just relax the day away.
