Clubhouse has a swimming pool and spa, sauna, ping-pong, air hockey, foosball and a TV room. Take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus during the winter that picks you up in front of the clubhouse.
Summer activities include mountain biking on world-class bike trails, four wheeling, fishing, hiking and enjoying the outdoors. Its close to Zion and Bryce National Park and to Cedar Breaks National Monument. Cedar City, home of the famous Shakespeare Festival and a cute town of Parowan is a short distance away.
Cell phone is required for outside calls. No pets and no smoking are permitted in your accommodation or the buildings.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Two night minimum. Winter Rates are as follows.
Weeknights (Sun-Thurs) .. $100/night. Weekends (Fri & Sat. $120/night.
Holidays (same as Brian Head) .. $160/night. Summer Rates, .. $60/night.
Non-refundable cleaning fee: $50. Payment in full is required 15 days
prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: $50 Processing Fee will be assessed
for cancellations received 15 days prior to stay. Within 14 days, deposit is
forfeited. $200 deposit required and be returned after stay. 50% deposit
required to hold unit.
