  Trey, thank you for sharing your condo with us! We loved our first trip to Galveston and hope to make many more in the future. The condo was wonderful and the people on staff were very friendly and helpful. Harley (our dog) was very comfortable and we enjoyed the dog friendly atmosphere. The bonus was being able to walk out the back gate and go down into some neighborhoods to walk our dog in the evenings.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners.

  Trey, I'm sure you don't remember us, although you may remember our last name, Frisbie. We stayed in your condo on the 11th floor back in 2003. We loved it but have not been back. We started having family reunions and therefore we have rented houses out on the west end. The yearly reunion thing is dying out a little and so we have been talking about coming back by ourselves. I started looking for YOU....just on the off chance that you still had your place etc. I am thrilled and now I have you bookmarked. We are currently living in Wisconsin....oh my gosh, don't ask! House is for sale and we'll be relocating to Dallas once we sell it. We cannot wait to get home again!! I don't know when you'll see us, but we'll be back!! Have a great weekend....it's made mine since I located you! Stacy (I'm not sure about the month but I know we were there in '03)

  The condo was perfect for a getaway week. The nautical-motif decor was fun, and went perfectly with the very private view of the gulf from the terrace. The washer/dryer in the apartment was a great convenience, and there was plenty of cookware for food prep. A small quibble would be the non-working chandelier over the kitchen table, which had apparently been post-rigged with tea light candles -- too much hazard and hassle for me! A bonus for pet owners is that the owner is an animal lover, so we felt very welcome and not sensitive about having our dogs along. All told, a very happy and memorable experience!

  Trey, we had such a great, relaxing time in your wonderful condo. Everything was just perfect. The bed was AWESOME! We wanted to take it home! Thanks especially for allowing our Golden Retriever, Samantha, enjoy the trip with us. We made it out before Alex hit. We will definitely be back!

  We spent the Memorial Day weekend at the Condo. It was a great experience. The condo was equipped with everything needed. The view was spectacular and Trey and staff at the complex made sure that we had a great time. The kids loved the view and the proximity to the beach. Wonderful place and we will be back there soon.

  This condo was incredible. It was our first time using VRBO and we were a little leary. Well, all reservations are removed. The photo's were exactly what we showed up to and more. Our dog Peanut also had a good time on the balcony and we didn't have to worry because Trey (the owner) had put some mesh wiring so we could relax. He was great and we both thank your for your recommendations and for helping make our tenth year anniversary one we shall aways remember and cherish. We will be back and will also use VRBO. Once again, thanks! John & Beth G.

  Trey, you were right on the money! What a wonderful condo - the furnishings, the kitchen and baths and the view was breathtaking. Everything you said it would be and more. The photos don't do it justice. We will be back and we will tell our family and friends! Ed & Lynn Thomas

  Great condo! Nicely decorated, superb view and excellent location. Have stayed in various Galveston hotels and condos for "girls-only" vacation breaks during the past 10 years. Everyone was friendly, and we felt safe here. This one ranks at the top of our favorites list. Will definitely come back ...

  Complete enjoyment in Galveston over this past 4th of July weekend. The crowds were terrible but By The Sea was fantastic! What a fantastic view from this 12th floor balcony. Super cool furnishings, great residents and guests were treated as if they were the owners of the condos, at least we were! This is a great location on Seawall, away from the real noise but close to all the attractions,just a quick hop to Moody Gardens etc... Our host, Trey, was the best and was able to make an exception for us...and we will never tell what it was...you will need to ask for yourselves! Thanks again Trey for a great weekend at the condo.....we will see you soon! Trey and Sarah Mills P.S. I am a Realtor on Lake Conroe and from experience I can tell you that Trey has the best units available at a fantastic price. Take full advantage of his units. Great appointments,location and value.   I stayed here for three months after returning from Afghanistan. The stay was just the rest and recuperation that I needed. This quiet condo was completely equipped with everything anyone could possible want for a week, month or more. The view was incredible. Trey was a terrific landlord and went out of his way to accomodate me in every possible manner. I highly recommend this condo!
