Cozy cabin built in 2004 that has very easy access. The house is 1.1 miles off of highway 9 (Main Street). The home is minutes from town, but totally away from it all. There are no homes behind or on either side, so it is secluded as well. There is room in the garage for 2 cars and more parking available in the driveway. No worries about getting stuck. This house is on a road that is always plowed.
The house is beautifully decorated with log furnishings. There is plenty of opportunity for wildlife viewing while being close to amenities such as City Market grocery, a liquor store, restaurants, and even a medical clinic. A 7 Eleven with gas pumps and quick items is just around the corner.
Enjoy the hot tub on the deck or stay inside by the fire and marvel at the view.
The Breckenridge Gondola is less than 2 miles away or it is a quick drive to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, or Copper Mountain. Vail is 30 minutes away. In the summer, bike paths abound and are minutes away.
There are 3 bedrooms, and there is a futon in the pool table/rec room. Everyone loves staying here. We have made families from all over the United States happy.
