We were pleasantly surprised at how well appointed this apartment is. There was even a laptop for our use! The apartment is very spacious and has quality furniture and finishes. It easily accommodated three adults. (Even the cot was quite comfortable.) The location is very good for exploring Prague on foot. One minor downside is that the bedroom is located on the street side and was, at times, a little noisey late at night with people and early in the morning with garbage trucks, etc. Overall though, we really loved this apartment and enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

From September 21 - 28, we stayed at this apartment while celebrating my wife's 70th birthday. The apartment was exactly as described and then some. The property management staff had arranged for a car service to meet us at the Prague airport. He took us directly to the apartment where two of the staff - Monica & Teresa met us. They helped us with our luggage, using the elevator to the 2nd (3rd floor in the States). They showed us through the apartment, explaining how appliances, air conditioning, lights, etc. worked. The apt. also had a binder with instructions for appliances. Either Monica or Teresa were also available via phone or Email. The apartment is so spacious. All of the rooms are large, with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The furniture is quite new and in fact, they replaced one of the leather sofas in the living room while we were there, as they wanted to add another hide-a-bed. The kitchen & both bathrooms have been redone with marble in the baths, granite in the kitchen, stainless steel in the kitchen, and numerous cabinets. We also loved the WiFi and the use of a laptop. They apartment was very clean, but the lobby area could use some updating, as it is dark and dated. I assume that this not under the direct control of the apartment owner, as there are several permanent residents in other apartments. We loved the location because of its access to Wenceslas Square and the tram lines. There is a Starbucks on the corner of Stepanska and Wenceslas Square, and as you go down to the subway at the Mustek entrance, there is an Albert food market. We chose to have juice, coffee, fruit & rolls for breakfast and ate out for lunch & dinner. The comfort of staying in an apartment, its location, the quietness of the area, and the unbelievable low cost, make this a choice that I would hardily recommend.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
Owner response: Thank you for you very kind review it is much appreciated. We try very hard to make a stay at one of our apartments a memorable experience. You are correct about the entryway and the other common areas of the building in that they are not under our control. We do the best we can but an association of al the owners determines what is actually improved and when. Again, thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are glad your birthday visit went well.

My husband and I, plus his two sisters (one from Atlanta and one from Boston) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Prague apartment. It has one "official" bedroom, but there were two chairs in the dining room that converted into two twin beds. My sister-in-laws said the beds were extremely comfortable! In the morning one of us would go out to Starbucks for coffee and to a French bakery for breakfast items. The kitchen is wonderful . . . but we were on the go so much we didn't really use it. In the evening, we would stop by the wine and cheese shop and sit around talking about the day's activities before going out to dinner. We were near shops and restaurants. It was so convenient to everything. We plan on returning to Prague and would highly recommend this apartment. AND . . . the building has an elevator! Saved us a bit of energy for all the walking we did in Prague.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Our company rented several units from this owner in Prague. We heard nothing but wonderful comments about this condo, the owner, and the surrounding area. The condo was remodeled with premium upgrades. The owner seems to make it his personal mission to have the best VRBO experience on the Internet. And the location was ideal. It always seemed to be the most convenient condo in our group no matter what our destination. We could have stayed a year and could have walked to a new site every day.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My sister and I stayed in the apartment during a week long vacation in July, 2010. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. We could walk everywhere and come home to a comfortable air conditioned apartment at the end of a very long day! The service was also excellent and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends, family etc.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights and had a great time, Praha is a gorgeous city. It was so nice staying in the apartment, it felt like "home". The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped, even had a nice Dell-Laptop with internet access. It is conveniently located. We walked for miles evey day, but there is metro, street-carts, busses and taxies only steps from the apartment. There and scores of restaurants of all types (Czeck, Chineese, Indian, Italian….) within a few blocks. Grocery store underground is only steps away . We hope to get back next summer and spend more time.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
