What a bang for the buck!! This place has it all, something for EVERYONE, and talk about the perfect location: situated in a peaceful, serene neighborhood, across the street from the Payette River, and walking distance from town and the lake. Geared for a large group, the parking area has been expanded to accommodate multiple vehicles and boat/snowmobile trailers and a circular driveway for easy access.
This two-story cabin sits on a large lot and is approx 2500 sq/ft. With 5 bedrooms and three baths, it sleeps 14 comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level; the master bedroom, with a king size bed, the second room with a queen size bed, and the third with a full size bed. The other two bedrooms are downstairs in the newly remodeled basement, one is a huge room that has two sets of bunk beds and a full bed and still there's plenty of room to play. The last bedroom has a queen size bed and a private entrance from the outside.
In addition to the wood stove, the home is heated by radiant heat with independent thermostats controls in each room to make for the perfect temperature throughout the whole house. The downstairs TV/Family room has heated floors making it a warm and cozy environment.
There is plenty of entertainment available here. In addition to endless amenities, this home comes equipped with lots of activities including toys, board games, a PlayStation 2 system and games, and a variety of VHS & DVD movies to choose from. Weather permitting, you can go across the street and fish in the Payette River. Or simply relax in the hot tub which is located in the privacy of the backyard.
This is an excellent year-round vacation rental in the heart of McCall which truly offers something for everyone!!
