Welcome to Sundial East (Building R) on beautiful Sanibel Island; we are glad you’re here. The 2nd floor screened lanai offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, sandy beaches, and semi-private pool. Inside you’ll find 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, den, living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer. Our spacious non-smoking condo was remodeled in 2007 to include a complete kitchen upgrade with new cabinets, granite counters, and new lighting including ceiling fan, complete bathroom upgrades and an overall “facelift” for the entire condo. Additional updates in 2008 include a new television, entertainment center, and DVD player for the den/family room, new barstools, new place settings and flatware.
There is ample room for your entire family including a king bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Sundial East now offers Wireless Internet for your convenience. Once you are ready to head outdoors you will find a spiral staircase leading from the lanai to a screened cabana/storage area perfect for keeping bikes, beach chairs and plenty of children’s toys.
