Welcome to Sundial East (Building R) on beautiful Sanibel Island; we are glad you’re here. The 2nd floor screened lanai offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, sandy beaches, and semi-private pool. Inside you’ll find 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer. Our spacious non-smoking condo is well maintained and regularly updated. Recent updates include enclosing the den to provide an additional bedroom, new paint, carpet, living room furniture, dining room furniture, artwork and linens.

There is ample room for your entire family including a king bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the secondary bedrooms. Large open living area with sliding glass doors leading to the screened lanai. There is a spiral staircase from the lanai to a screened cabana/storage area perfect for keeping bikes, beach chairs and plenty of toys. The pool is just a few steps from the screened cabana and the beach is just beyond that. There is a gas BBQ grill located between buildings S & T.
