We spent Dec 18th until Jan 5th in the town home at Victoria Park. The place was spotless, comfortable, the location was excellent and the description was 100% accurate. Norman, the manager of the property, was very helpful in even finding a crib for my 1 year old. That part of Fort Lauderdale is very nice and is close to he beach and close to Las Olas. Just two issues that were not substantial, did present themselves: 1. the elevator was damaged - it would have been helpful to log bags back and forth to all the rooms - but this was an ammenity that did not deter us to enjoy the town home. 2. parkin was sometimes complicated because of the users of he B&B next door who really did a number on the parking - specially between the 24th and New Year's. Other than that, if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place, this is a sure bet - if it would come with a pool, my brother and I would have thought of buying it.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car

Dear Harry and Norm, I wanted to thank you once again for the wonderful week we spend at your Victoria Park Townhome in Fort Lauderdale. Norm was there to welcome us and give us a tour of your property and was very sweet. Congratulations on such exquisite decoration of all the home. The house was spotless clean and the linens and towels smelled great! The kitchen was fully equipped with the finest details, the china was spectacular. We were a group of eight friends who take a shopping trip every year and this year we decided to stay in Fort Lauderdale. The home was just right because we wanted to be all together and enjoy cooking and relaxing when coming home from shopping. We could not have a better place. We definitely want to return next year. Hi Henry, From my family, friends, and me, I just wanted to say thank you very much for letting us rent your property for this past week. We had a wonderful time and it was spacious enough for everyone and very clean. The appliances were excellent and made our cooking and washing that much easier. We enjoyed the convenient location to everything and there was already talk about coming back next year 2 hours after we'd settled in!! Oh! my thanks to Norm too. He was helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately the elevator light was not replaced while we were there but we hardly used it except to transport luggage up or down. A great please to spend your holyday's

We had a wonderfull time in Ft. Lauderdale thanks to the comfortable home town. My daughters of 9 and 6 years old would not come home. Nroman did a great job and was very helpfull. I'm sure that we will be visiting again if possible in the same House. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to experience this.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Dear Norman, Thanks so much for making our vacation so wonderful. As grandparents, you can imagine how happy we were to spend time with our son and our grandchildren. Harry, We can not say thank you enough for opening up your Fort Lauderdale home to us. The house is very spacious and immaculately clean. The kitchen is beautiful, with all the modern conveniences you have at your own home, with anything and everything you could possibly need to entertain in style. The open floor plan is really great for entertaining. The bedrooms each with king size beds were very comfy and spacious. The balconys for having morning coffee were perfect. Not to mention how convenient it was to have the elevator there to get the luggage up to the master suites. Having a washer and dryer there is so helpful and with all the linens, blankets and extra towels there it was very convenient. The distance to Fort Lauderdale beach and some fine restaurants was perfect. My family had an awesome time and will be seeing you again in November. Norman, your so sweet and we appreciate all you did for us in making our stay so wonderful, and look forward to seeing you very soon!!! We would recommend if anyone is looking for an awesome place to stay...this is the place.

The town home was the perfect alternative to the hotels listed in the convention materials... we were a group of women traveling together to attend a convention. Staying here, we were able to all have privacy and our own bathrooms but still have a central gathering spot. The house was very clean and comfortable and wireless internet worked great. The elevator was a huge bonus for hauling luggage! Norm could not have been nicer. Since we arrived at night, he was kind enough to stock some starter groceries (coffee, milk, etc) for us. Then when I called him with a coffee pot issue - he was right on it for us. Great service, great location, and somewhere I'd return to stay in Ft. Lauderdale.

Two negatives: no cell phone reception on 1st floor (living room, kitchen) and 1st floor spaces were dark - felt sort of cave like.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

As they say, better late than never. We really enjoyed our time at your home in Ft. Lauderdale. We liked especially the 5 TVs (you know how kids are) and the king-sized beds. And Norman was very helpful. He offered to pick up my brother and his wife, which was very kind. Because we wanted 2 rental cars, we declined. Your home is great for large groups. We loved the Ft. Lauderdale beach, (easy and inexpensive parking), and we liked the close proximity to Las Olas Blvd. We would not hesitate to rent from you again. Wow, what a place! I was visiting Fort Lauderdale during the Christmas/holiday week and we stayed at this lovely town home. With 2 master bedroom suites, it was easy to share with family. Also, 2 additional bedrooms, both with king size beds. The location was great, close to everything. The kitchen was such a dream that we wanted to cook in a few nights. Plenty of room to spread out in the place (or get lost!). Nicely appointed. Will be back for sure....

Norm, Thanks to both you and Harry for a great vacation. What a beautiful home. It was more than we expected. My in-laws loved the top floor master bedroom, and they also liked the elevator: nice touch. Kitchen is great (we have been disappointed when we have rented other homes). Norm: What a great property! The townhouse is so spectacular that we never wanted to leave. But the location made it convenient to everything and secluded from all. Cannot wait to return to Ft. Lauderdale to stay there again. Also thanks for your suggestions for fabulous resturants and shopping. The walk through the beautiful neighborhood to Las Oslas was great. We enjoyed our stay in the Town House. All of the bedrooms are spacious and very nice. The two largest bedrooms are exceptionally nice. The beds appear to be very high quality. I certainly slept well. Most important to me was the fact that the place was very clean. Norman was very responsive and easy to reach. We didn't have any problems, but it was nice to know that it was easy to contact him. It is a pleasant walk from the Town House to the Los Olas district, and we enjoyed walking there each day.

We just returned from fort lauderdale and stayed at the townhouse. This is truly a beutifull home with great attention paid to every detail including how well the kitchen is stocked and the extremely comfortable beds. The location is great, it is in a very clean, safe neighborhood within easy walking distance to las olas blvd were you will find numerouse shops and restaurants. You will definitly not be dissapointed with this house, we all travel a lot and all agreed that it was one of the places we ever stayed at. The whole experience was excellent including the booking process and dealing with Norman who could not have been more helpfull and profesional. We would definitly stay here again and would recomend it to anyone. Thanks for allowing us to share your home.

Our family absolutely loved the townhome and highly recommend it to others to rent. It was immaculate,beautifully decorated and very roomy...you could get lost!!The neighborhood is a great place to take a walk or jog. Nothing else could have been better. Norm, I noticed the Metro family's comments and feel badly that I didn't write a review after our family stayed at your beautiful property. You had told us over the phone that the town home was great; it was better than you described. We enjoyed the luxury of the town home (my wife said she slept better here than she does at home), and we enjoyed all your wise suggestions: a walk on Las Olas Blvd, a swim at the beach, great restaurants...and we always enjoyed coming back to the comfort of your home. And last but not least, thank you for picking up my sister and brother-in-law at the airport; that was above and beyond the call of duty. What a great place! Thank you for providing us with a home that suited all our needs. It was great to be together as a family. My son and his wife, and our grandchildren, loved all the room we had. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the terrace is great for late afternoon cocktails. And, as I mentioned to you on the phone, the kitchen is nicer and better equipped than my own kitchen! We will be back.
