The private community of Bonita Bay is one of the prestigious golf communities in Southwest Florida. Our Beautiful 1st floor end unit at Bay Pointe in Bonita Bay is available for rental. All Ethan Allen furnishings. Decorated in popular Bahamian motif. The living room ensemble features three seat sofa, loveseat and coordinating sitting chair. The kitchen and lanai both offer seating for six. The den has been outfitted with a trundle bed to offer additional sleeping accommodations for overnight guests. Enjoy privacy on the oversized lanai with this peaceful preserve view.
Enjoy the 10 miles of walking/bike paths within this 2,400 acre lushly landscaped community or take the free shuttle (during high season) to the private beach club at Bonita Beach for a day of sun and surf. The Private Beach Club provides lounge chairs, restroom/showers, charcoal grills and gazebo with picnic tables.
There are also three other waterfront recreational areas; Spring Creek which features canoe and kayak launches and picnic areas, Riverwalk Park which offers lighted tennis courts, fishing piers, children's playground and a 12-station cardiovascular exercise area on Imperial River and Estero Park offers a pavilion, picnic area, butterfly park and boardwalk to Estero Bay.
This unit is also close to the Promenade Shopping Center for upscale shopping and dining.
