We stayed at this townhome for a weekend, and it was perfect for our needs. The location is in a nice residential area, a 15 minute walk to the beach, as well as a small grocery store retailing organic foods, coffee shops and restaurants. The owners were great to deal with; we had problems with the WiFi, but the owner responded promptly and we were connected quickly. The townhome is beautiful, and well decorated and supplied. Being a 3 level townhome, there are a number of stairs which may be an issue for renters with disability issues. Overall a great experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend this rental, and if our future travels take us to this area, we would stay again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband, a friend, two dogs and I stayed here for a long weekend, and loved it. The place is clean, spacious, and near enough to a dog-friendly beach (bit of a hike, but the dogs didn't mind). Palagas (in the shopping center at the end of the Seascape where it T's into Sumner) has some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! Owners were responsive to questions and needs. Everything we wanted -- I would recommend to anyone.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My kids and two dogs stayed in this townhome for 5 days and loved it! This home is very comfortable with a nice backyard.
