Two lovely homes on a large, beautifully landscaped property ideally located in the quiet, centrally located neighborhood of Hanalei Palms at the Hanalei beach. We are a three minute walk across the street and around the corner from the Hanalei Beach Pavilion which has a lifeguard station, showers and bathrooms. We are a six minute walk to downtown Hanalei.
The Aloha House has open beamed ceilings, a large open floor plan creating a casual, comfortable tropical retreat. The master bedroom has a CA king bed with a large double vanity bathroom along with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with sweeping views of the mountains. There is a loft with twin beds offering another great view of the mountains. The kids love the loft! There is a Lanai for outdoor dining or a large bougainvillea draped sundeck for relaxing on the chaises.
Located downstairs is the recreation area for entertaining garden side where there is a large patio overlooking the expansive backyard featuring Banana, Orange, Lichee, Starfruit, Grapefruit, Lime, Coconut, and Suriname Cherry trees and tropical flowers with over 40 varieties of Orchids. There are great views of the mountains and waterfalls!
The Mauka house is the smaller of the two houses. It offers open beamed vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan as well. It is well decorated in island style. The master bedroom is very large with a king bed and a chaise lounge on which to read. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a king. Both bedrooms have great mountain and waterfall views! It has a large patio/ sundeck off of the living area. It is very charming!
This is a very peaceful, lush garden property!. Many returnees... You will love it!!! |
