The location was ideal! The rental was lovely! However, it was not clean. It had been "cleaned" but was not clean. The ac vents were moldy and dirty, the tile in showers was very mildewed, floors were dirty (still pet hair from previous renters). The outside needs some TLC as well. So while we really enjoyed our stay, I just didn't fall in love with the rental because of those needs. Seaside itself is AMAZING and I will definitely return to the area.

We spent 3 great nights in Seaside at Art and Soul. We were lucky enough to be there on the first Friday of the month for an art walk which took place directly outside our town home. As we were cooking dinner, we opened our balcony doors to hear live music 20 feet away! The management company was there to greet us within minutes of our arrival. Great time in Seaside!

Perfect location short walk to the beach, pools, work out center. We even walked to Publix grocery store. We loved the view from the roof terrace. Great place to read a book with a cup of coffee in the morning. There is a nice gentle breeze up there even on a hot day. I would recommend this charming town home to people who are active and want to be in close proximity to everything in Seaside.

My wife and I had 8 teenagers with us on our beach vacation. We actually have four children and they were allowed to each bring a friend. Art and Soul was much more spacious than we expected and because there is three levels of the home it was much quieter (for us) (remember teenagers) than the last time we rented another single level home in Seaside. We enjoyed the great location and the kids really liked being so close to everything (walking distance) (Like 30 seconds). We would highly recommend this Fantastic Vacation Home!!!!

I really want to write a terrible view, in hopes that no one will come to Art and Soul and then it will be more likely available for our next visit to Seaside... But then, what kind of father would i be? The truth is, we absolutely loved it. It was perfect for a family as it was a walk to everything possible - shops, grocery, beach, food. Thank you to all involved in making our experience wonderful.

First visit to Seaside....SPECTACULAR!!

Our family, along with my sister's family, shared this townhouse for our first visit to Seaside. We were originally going to stay "just outside of the area" to be on the beach.....but our other family members who have stayed in Seaside said, "You have to be APART of the experience". THEY WERE SOOOO RIGHT!! We loved our location, especially with kids...We were able to come and go throughout the days. "Art and Soul" has a great feel...above the art shops, people strolling, kids playing....it was more than we imagined. It is clean and simple, giving us everything we needed (and with Publix being so close, we only shopped for 2 days at a time..simple) Seaside has a "feeling" that you only get when you stay there!! Our walks to the beach were memorable...checking out the cottages, or stopping to look at shops on the way,getting ice cream, or visiting the bookstore....our children adored EVERYTHING!! Bike riding was an everyday ritual...and some played tennis or threw a frisbee in the fields....(We had a few cousins to hang out with, which made it nice for the older teens to get together and be safe). This was a memorable FAMILY vacation...unlike any other we have had. Seaside has a community sense, making you feel like you live in the neighborhood....I am certain we will go back. (Keep in mind, this is a townhouse, and it has 3 flights of stairs....great with families of children ages 4+)

Spent several beautiful days at the beach with family and friends. The house was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room for all. There are a lot of stairs in this house so you will get your exercise. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shops, pools,and beach.

We are local but chose to stay at Art & Soul this weekend to chaperone & celebrate my daughter's 21st B-day. It is the perfect setting for her celebration. The house was great for entertaining her friends as well as a safe and convenient walk to the local night spots. The house boasts unique artwork. The views from the rooftop patio was spectacular and served as a spacious gathering spot. I look forward to creating more celebrations so I can have an excuse to stay there again

My family of three plus two guests enjoyed our 4 night/3 day stay at Art & Soul. It's centrally located, so we were able to walk to most of the shops & restaurants. We will certainly be returning. If you plan to use the grill, bring some tin foil to set on top of the grilling rack. Also, be sure to ask about pool passes before you arrive.

Art and Soul was the perfect location and offered spacious living for nine of us to comfortably stay! The rooftop was our favorite "getaway." We also loved the huge dining room table! If you like to cook as we do, the kitchen does not have much by way of supplies, so bring your own -- pans, tupperware, spices, etc. The parking at the condo itself is very narrow. We had two SUVs, so we had to park one in the public parking at Seaside down the road a bit. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would rent again!

Owner response:We have more than the minimum kitchen items required by area rental agencies including cookie sheets and many pots and pans of various sizes. Be sure to look outside the Kitchen in the hall pantry cabinets.Our kitchen includes serving dishes,both practical and fancy,glasses,including juice,iced tea,wine and martini, and place settings for 10-12. We used to supply tupperware,but could not keep up with it's rate of departure,sorry. It is a great idea to bring special things from your own kitchen that you enjoy using. We always bring a large cooler in our car, with tupperware-filled leftovers or spices from home. We use them at the beach and then fill them again for our return home. Hope this helps and we always appreciate your wonderful comments and suggestions.

My family and some friends recently spent a week during Spring Break at Art&Soul---what a fantastic place! We have been to Seaside frequently but never had a stay this enjoyable. Great amenities and furnishings. Perfect location, convenient to the beach, shopping and dining. And, best priced property in Seaside. We will go back!

We spent New Years at Art and Soul and found the property outstanding. It is centrally located in Seaside and the amenities are first rate. Labor day of last year was my first time to Art and Soul but not the last! The cottage is located in the middle of Seaside and is walking distance from everything you would want from breakfast to nightlife and last but not least the beach!! Could not ask for more in a cottage for a relaxing stay in Seaside! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Art & Soul is the PERFECT place to stay in Seaside! I would recommend this rental to anyone!! It is just beautiful! And it is just a short stroll to the beach, but we didn't mind it at all because you walk right though the heart of Seaside which is very quaint and beautiful. All the natural light that runs through the house is so calming and gives you that beachy feeling. The kitchen is so nice with granite and everything you need. The rooms are everything you could expect and more. The décor is colorful and modern yet cozy. I'd have to say the master bath is one of my favorite things about this house… double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower with several shower heads. Oh, and the ROOFTOP deck is fabulous!!! I think I could live up there!I can't wait to go back next year!

I have stayed at Art and Soul, in the heart of wonderful Seaside, several times and have always thoroughly enjoyed myself! Art and Soul is abundantly furnished with all things necessary to enjoy a homey yet out-of-the-ordinary vacation experience. We really enjoyed our labor day weekend stay. Seaside is such a unique and beautiful beachside community. Art & Soul offered many great amenities like the rooftop and a spacious lounge area. This location was excellent for our big group.

I have stayed at "Art and Soul" many times during my visits to Seaside and have receommended the house to others I know traveling to the area, as well. The house is only a short walk to the beach, community pools, and local shops, and right out the back door is a green area perfect for relaxing. The house is a perfect vacation retreat and is still feels like home. I can't wait for my next visit to Art and Soul again this year.
