Beautiful views from this NEWLY REMODELED- NEW EVERYTHING second-floor unit at Watercrest. Unit has two master bedrooms (with king-size beds & private baths) that open onto the large balcony and the view from the living room is incredible.
You can enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the balcony or relax in the comfort of the living room as you enjoy a DVD or movie from the movie library (over 100 dvd's/VHS tapes). The third bedroom has two queen size beds. Closet is stocked with water toys, boogie boards and board games for the family to enjoy. Feel free to use them, just make sure the kids bring them back in!!!!
Complex has a separate men's and women's fitness area with sauna. The pool area has a hot tub and kiddie pool. There's a tennis court, a shuffle board court and a handball court.
My goal is to make unit 207 at Watercrest your vacation destination! You will enjoy one of the most relaxing vacations of your life. I provide you with a 2 person Beach chair and umbrella thru the Beach chair company at the beach, just tip them for setting it up for you during your stay. Janet and Jimmy will take great care of you...just tip them at the end of the week.

We had a large group with us this year for our spring break and this condo held us well. We had 6 adults and (4) kids. The last kid in always had to sleep on the pullout which was the only uncomfortable thing in the condo. This is a must condo for large families or several adults!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The stay at WaterCrest was wonderful. The location was ideal. We did not have to wait on the elevators, which was a plus. The condo was clean and well equipped. We did not have all our our parking passes on arrival and one email to the owner and it was quickly remedied. We dined at Andy's near Captain Anderson's, Salty Sue's, Montego Bay. They were all great. Andy's also has pastries which were delicious. We did take the grandchildren on the Pirate Ship and they loved it. I would definately recommend it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for a vacation with extended family. The ocean view from the balcony was gorgeous. Being on the 2nd floor was nice because it's a low floor without individuals at the pool being able to see in the condo. The staff could have been a little more welcoming at times, but the condo made up for that.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. This condo complex has the BEST grounds keepers and chair rentals that I have ever stayed at! Everyone worked to make sure we were happy.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My spouse, 2 children, & I loved everything about this condo. The listing description & photos were spot on & all the little extras were much appreciated ( beach toys in the closet, beach chair rental taken care of by the owner, lots of extra pillows & blankets). We stayed in late March but the pool was heated so we were able to enjoy it. There was also a snack bar that allowed us to grab a bite to eat without having to leave the property. The security was friendly & helpful, parking was plentiful, and our overall experience was wonderful. We had lunch on the balcony & saw dolphins each morning. Clean, spacious, modern, beachfront, & the owners were a joy to work with from beginning to end. We will be back!Recommended for: Families with young children.

This is a great unit and the owners are awesome to work with. The view is unbelievable, I can't wait for my next trip to Florida, I will definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend it anyone visiting the Panama City Beach area. The grounds are very well maintained and it is comforting knowing that there is a security guard on duty. There are many great restaurants to eat at, as well as an awesome donut shop in Laguna Beach called Thomas Donut, a MUST visit when you are in the area. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time this year...The condo is spacious, and relaxing, and we love being on the 2nd floor right above the end of the pool. We just recently spent spring break in this condo! We had a great time, and the owners were very accommodating. It suited all of our needs and was very accessible to the pool and beach...no need to ride the elevators. The owners provided a beach chair during our stay in which we were able to enjoy every day due to the strict policies of no food, drinks, or smoking in the lounging area by the pool. Jimmy and Janet at the beach stand were very attentive to our needs!! The owners of this unit provided clear and understanding "things to know" for the unit which made check-in/check-out easy and no need for questions. We would definitely recommend this unit. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
