Beautiful views from this NEWLY REMODELED- NEW EVERYTHING second-floor unit at Watercrest. Unit has two master bedrooms (with king-size beds & private baths) that open onto the large balcony and the view from the living room is incredible.
You can enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the balcony or relax in the comfort of the living room as you enjoy a DVD or movie from the movie library (over 100 dvd's/VHS tapes). The third bedroom has two queen size beds. Closet is stocked with water toys, boogie boards and board games for the family to enjoy. Feel free to use them, just make sure the kids bring them back in!!!!
Complex has a separate men's and women's fitness area with sauna. The pool area has a hot tub and kiddie pool. There's a tennis court, a shuffle board court and a handball court.
My goal is to make unit 207 at Watercrest your vacation destination! You will enjoy one of the most relaxing vacations of your life. I provide you with a 2 person Beach chair and umbrella thru the Beach chair company at the beach, just tip them for setting it up for you during your stay. Janet and Jimmy will take great care of you...just tip them at the end of the week.
Families and retirees welcome. NO SMOKING & NO PET unit. Book early, summer weeks fill up fast due to the low floor and GREAT views!
Located on the east side of Thomas Drive. Peak season rentals are Saturday thru Saturday. Check In 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m.

The condo overlooks the pool and is 15 yards from the sand...even for those people who prefer breaks from the sand and sun throughout the day...You can kick back and relax on the balcony and still have a great feel for the atmosphere and fun of the beach scene...

A little hole in the wall that has a great seafood platter and some of the freshest seafood in town...Great Prices for lunch too...You gotta hit it at least once for lunch on your trip.

Used to be extremely hard and lots of water.....They have changed the layout and it's a nice track and in great shape....2 different layouts...try to play both! Challenging but FUN!

This is a great unit and the owners are awesome to work with. The view is unbelievable, I can't wait for my next trip to Florida, I will definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend it anyone visiting the Panama City Beach area. The grounds are very well maintained and it is comforting knowing that there is a security guard on duty. There are many great restaurants to eat at, as well as an awesome donut shop in Laguna Beach called Thomas Donut, a MUST visit when you are in the area. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed!!

We had a great time this year...The condo is spacious, and relaxing, and we love being on the 2nd floor right above the end of the pool. Would recommend this condo to anyone that would like a great place to stay and enjoy the beach...Can't wait to come again next year!!

We just recently spent spring break in this condo! We had a great time, and the owners were very accommodating. It suited all of our needs and was very accessible to the pool and beach...no need to ride the elevators. The owners provided a beach chair during our stay in which we were able to enjoy every day due to the strict policies of no food, drinks, or smoking in the lounging area by the pool. Jimmy and Janet at the beach stand were very attentive to our needs!! The owners of this unit provided clear and understanding "things to know" for the unit which made check-in/check-out easy and no need for questions. We would definitely recommend this unit. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay!!

We had such a wonderful time staying in your Watercrest condo in Panama City Beach. Your three bedroom unit was very clean and when we wanted to prepare our meals rather than eating out we found everything we needed. Your unit was furnished so nicely and we just loved how you had it decorated. Being on the 2nd floor was really a big plus. We were are able to come and go without always using the elevator. This was so convenient. It was such a relief to find out that the Security personnel at the Watercrest was always visible and that they maintained control at all times. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and you will be hearing from us again.

We have stayed at this beautiful condo about 6 or 7 different times--this is the best condo on PC Beach. Bedrooms are great, plenty of dvds to watch on the tvs & owner is always helpful if there is a problem. We love this condo & will be back again in June. (can't wait).

My family had the opportunity of renting property #14943 at the Watercrest in Jan. 2011. We were extremely happy with the capacity of the unit, everyone had their own bedroom & bath. The view was tremendous with a very nice deck that wrapped around the front of the condo. The interior of the unit was quite unique and very well taken care of. The owners were wonderful to work with and to meet our needs. We truly enjoyed our stay, meeting many other people and enjoyed being so close to the beach. We would definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends.

The building and elevators set the first impression, which was great - even though it is an older building, it has been well maintained. The unit itself is gorgeous! Updated and well furnished. It's huge - GREAT layout with 3 large bedrooms and great baths! Owners were great to work with during reservation process and our deposit was returned timely. Pictures are exacty reflective of the unit, however, you can't appreciate how big the unit is until you're in it. Highly recommmend Captain Anderson's for dinner - it's a tourist trap, but the food is quality - go early 'cause otherwise you'll have to wait! My all time favorite restaurant is just across the bridge in Panama City - Tally-ho - it's an old fashion drive-in where they still have car-hops - it's a greasy spoon with great fried food - the gizzards are my favorite, but the BLT and other sandwiches are excellent too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent the unit again!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at WaterCrest. The listing description was very accurate and the photos accurately reflected the condo. The condo was well-maintained and clean along with rest of the property. The owner was quick on any questions that we had and it was a smooth transaction in renting from start to finish. We would definitely recommend to a friend and would consider going back in the future. An added bonus is the two cabana chairs already reserved for you on the beach! The "chair" guy is very friendly and helpful. Don't forget to tip him at the end of the week! And while your visting check out Angelo's steak pit for a great steak or Pinapple Willys for some good chicken or grouper fingers!
