Beautiful views from this NEWLY REMODELED- NEW EVERYTHING second-floor unit at Watercrest. Unit has two master bedrooms (with king-size beds & private baths) that open onto the large balcony and the view from the living room is incredible.
You can enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the balcony or relax in the comfort of the living room as you enjoy a DVD or movie from the movie library (over 100 dvd's/VHS tapes). The third bedroom has two queen size beds. Closet is stocked with water toys, boogie boards and board games for the family to enjoy. Feel free to use them, just make sure the kids bring them back in!!!!
Complex has a separate men's and women's fitness area with sauna. The pool area has a hot tub and kiddie pool. There's a tennis court, a shuffle board court and a handball court.
My goal is to make unit 207 at Watercrest your vacation destination! You will enjoy one of the most relaxing vacations of your life. I provide you with a 2 person Beach chair and umbrella thru the Beach chair company at the beach, just tip them for setting it up for you during your stay. Janet and Jimmy will take great care of you...just tip them at the end of the week.
Families and retirees welcome. NO SMOKING & NO PET unit. Book early, summer weeks fill up fast due to the low floor and GREAT views!

The condo overlooks the pool and is 15 yards from the sand...even for those people who prefer breaks from the sand and sun throughout the day...You can kick back and relax on the balcony and still have a great feel for the atmosphere and fun of the beach scene...
Local beach bar...music almost every night and walking distance down the beach for a quick lunch
A little hole in the wall that has a great seafood platter and some of the freshest seafood in town...Great Prices for lunch too...You gotta hit it at least once for lunch on your trip.
Great family spot especially for the little kids...pirates dressed up and making balloon animals for kids and a great little bar area on the top deck to listen to a little music while waiting on a tab
Beast Steak in Town.....Expect a long line during summer...Have one person in your party go 45 mins ahead of the group to get on the table list or go early....LOOK FOR THE BIG BULL OUT FRONT..... A

Everybody has to know where Wal Mart is.... The line will be a mile long on Sat...avoid it if you can and shop at the Winn Dixie near the Treasure Ship and actually closer to the condo...It's locat
A lot closer to the condo and nowhere near the crowd as Wal Mart....and to be honest...the prices are about the same....and the quality is better...
If the kid's just have to have some chicken nuggets..... Or you want quick bite to eat.
Gotta make time for a Sonic Blast or a Slush one night..... They run specials on Tuesday some weeks
Used to be extremely hard and lots of water.....They have changed the layout and it's a nice track and in great shape....2 different layouts...try to play both! Challenging but FUN!
If you must have some chicken wings and a beer...closest spot without getting in the traffic to hit the Hooter's on Front Beach and all the traffic....
