Being originally from the Tampa Bay area, we looked long and hard to find a beach vacation spot we could enjoy and share with other guests that provided the comforts of home, breathtaking views with sounds of the ocean and a mix of quiet time and activities. The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love staying so close to John's Pass and watching the dolphins from our balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee or ending the day after a nice dinner with a glass of wine and watching the beautiful sunsets. Also the Suncoast Trolley stops right in front of the condo which runs up and down the gulf coast , no need to bring a car if you don't want to. You can do so much at this location or nothing at all. Now that's vacation.

This condo was one we'd certainly stay in again -- the view is SPECTACULAR!! The dolphins, the pelicans and all the shore birds, boats coming and going from John's Pass, parasailing, kids building sand castles....all so much fun to watch from the balcony. Sunsets are awesome!! The unit itself is clean, comfortable and has everything you'd ever need or want in a beach condo (and then some). John's Pass is directly across the street with great restaurants, neat little shops and live entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again. THANK YOU!!

Our family enjoyed staying at this condo very, very much. Very comfortable mattresses,high-end sheets, and decorated very modern and exceptionally clean! The balcony was one of the best we have ever had as we had the best view of beach both north and south 'unobstructed views' definitely! and the Dolphins were seen twice a day - it was gorgeous! Great location to John's Pass, boat rides, restaurants. We will definitely stay at this resort again :) Thank you very much!

This was our family's third stay in this magnificent condo. The decor and the amenities are second to none. We have stayed in other condo's but they pale in comparison to this one. The view from this unit is spectacular. We saw several pod's of dolphin's swimming in the gulf on a few mornings. The furnishings and resources in the unit are all up to date and top of the line. Our family particularly enjoyed a breakfast of fresh waffles and cappucino on the balcony overlooking the beach. I am sure that a fourth stay is in the works! Thank you for sharing this lovely condo with us.

My husband and I were there for Thanksgiving week and the condo well exceeded our expectations. The pictures did not do it justice. The condo is very spacious and well decorated. It is fully stocked with everything you would ever need in the kitchen, which was nice since it was Thanksgiving. The view is amazing and there is several things to do just by crossing the street. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan on visiting again.

I live close by but needed a place for relatives that were coming in over the Christmas holiday. The condo was absolutely perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home (and more!). The pictures don't do it justice. The balcony is quite large and the unit is on the corner, so you have beautiful views all the way up the beach. The location is absolutely perfect - across the street from John's Pass shopping and dining and only 15 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg's museums, galleries and nightlife. The owners were extremely accommodating, gracious and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great vacation condo in the Tampa Bay area. Thank you!

Great place to have a relaxing time, and vacation. Very comfortable, and cozy . Love going somewhere that is decorated like my house. Love all the TV's, everywhere you want to go you can walk to. We did drive a little. There are great restaurants, and shopping centers. Setting on balcony and looking at the sunset is unbelievable. Had a wonderful time. Thanks

My family and I just returned from a wonderful relaxing vacation at Maderia Norte. The condo was only a 40-mile drive from Tampa International airport. We arrived at 12:30pm and had our feet in the cool ocean H20 by 2:00pm. IT WAS GREAT1 The condo was immaculate. The best part was being able to see and hear the ocean from every room. It was really convenient to use all the beach cairs and towels that the owners had provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Just across the street is Johns Pass , which has many little shops and several good restaurants. We sat on the intercostal eating fresh seafood and listening to live music. We were happy that we did not need to get into the car and drive somewhere to enjoy a delicious dinner. Safety was never an issue. We had our own covered parking space. There were keys to the elevator and condo. There was a special exit to the beach by the pool which had a code. If you are looking for a home away from home you will truly enjoy Maderia Norte.
