Your kids will love being a few steps from the pool and the adults will love the convenience of being close enough to keep an eye on them and watch them play from the patio of this unit. First floor convenience means there are no long elevator rides, no long walks to the beach, and no stairs to carry the groceries up!
Windancer is a low-rise four-story condominium community situated on one of Destin's most beautiful beaches. Fewer units in the entire complex means you won't have to battle the crowds while trying to enjoy the sand and surf. The eastern location off Scenic Gulf Drive is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and an abundance of activities. It is approximately a two minute drive to Silver Sands Factory Outlets, the Nation's Largest Outlet Center.
The décor in Unit #102 is bright and beachy, with tile/carpet floors and fully furnished to meet all your vacation needs. The master bedroom has a king size bed with TV and DVD player. Crews quarters (bunk beds) in the hall and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room allow for sleeping for six. There are two bathrooms, a jetted tub, and a stackable washer and dryer. The living room has a TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo. There is a dining table, breakfast bar, and fully equipped kitchen to prepare your culinary delights!
In the morning, take a quiet walk along the beach during sunrise. Later, build a sand castle with the prettiest, white sand you have ever seen. Shopping is very nearby, along with a waterpark, mini golf, movie theaters, fishing, golf, and many fabulous restaurants. You can dine at a restaurant on the water or catch your own seafood on a deep sea fishing excursion and grill it at home. After dinner, take a swim in the pool or a quiet walk on the beach in the moonlight.
Come and pamper yourself. This is a little piece of paradise by the sea!
