The townhome features: Master suite with king bed and separate two sink bathroom and walk-in closet. Second bedroom with queen bed and bath in hall. Formal dining room with vaulted ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and breakfast nook. Two-car garage. Furnished patio with barbecue. Separate pool for Hidden Palms guests within short walking distance of townhome. All linens furnished. Utilities, cable and local access phone included.

Westbrook Village, sometimes called “the best kept secret from Flagstaff to Tucson" is an adult living community featuring: Two 18-hole golf courses, Lakes and Vista. Two Olympic-size swimming pools. Tennis and bocce courts. Restaurant at each club house.

Westbrook Village is located less than 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in Peoria. Located approximately two miles from the Peoria Sports complex--home of the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. Within minutes of major malls, theatres, and restaurants.

$500 refundable security deposit due at booking. (Refund contingent on owner or owner designated inspection after rental.) Rental fee due in full 30 days prior to rental start date.

Cancellation/change policy: Rates are subject to change without notice. Cancellation within 15 days of rental start date will result in $150 loss of fee from damage deposit. No refund will be given for delayed arrival or early departure.

Not supplied: Edible products.
