I've stayed at the Inn for over 20 years and it's so refreshing to see the new upgrades in the overall property. The condo was spacious, modern and had all the amenities my family needed for a weekend stay. There was even a fancy professional waffle maker!!! What a treat! Carol was an excellent resource and very pleasant to work with. Looking forward to staying this winter as well! Thank you for a memorable (and affordable!) weekend in Bend!

Me and my daughter and son stayed here for 4 nights recently. This is a beautiful condo. Very nice, updated, just wonderful. The only thing the kids complained about was not having cable TV in the front room. I was fine with just watching movies in there! We hope to be able to come back. This condo is beautiful! Thank you!!

Owner response:We do have cable in the living room. The service may have been out at the time, although we haven't experienced any interruption ourselves. Any time there's a problem like that you can contact the front desk and they'll send someone right over to correct the problem.

I wanted to write and let you know how thankful we were for your generosity during our stay at your condo. We had a wonderful time and the trip couldn't have been better! We woke up Tuesday morning to 8-10 inches at the resort and Bachelor had received 18 inches of POWDER! It was an awesome day and when we didn't think it could've been any better...it did! They had received 31 inches of new snow by Wednesday morning and by Thursday...51 inches of snow in 72 hours. The snow kept getting more fluffy and dry and some of the locals on the mountain were saying the conditions might have been the best of the year and maybe even the past 10-15 years! They were calling the snow, continental snow since it only had 6% water content...I had never skied in anything like that. All in all, the vacation exceded our expectations and it made it hard to leave.

We had a wonderful stay in Bend. The property is newly remodeled with all the amenities. The location is great being 20 minutes to the ski hill and 5 to downtown.

This is a very comfortable unit which has been recently updated. It has a relaxing view of the lawn and is away from the pool and playground, so is very quiet. This unit is on the third floor with no elevators. It might be a concern for the elderly or disabled. We've been coming to the resort for years and it's nice to see that all of the buildings are getting new exteriors too.

We really loved your condo at the 7th Mountain resort. It had everything we need. It was very clean. Having two bathrooms was great too. We will definitley stay there again in the future.

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your condo. We had a wonderful time in Bend and will definitely be back. Carol was the most awesome host ever and it truly made for a relaxing stay. The resort was in a great location with trails in every direction, and the kids ecochallenge camp (run from the resort's rec center) meant that my husband and I could enjoy a couple of days mountain biking to ourselves which was fantastic. If I had a criticism, it would be with the resort who were running generators and flood lights at 2.30 am (presumably for construction on condos across the lawn). This was no fault of the condo owners, but if you're a light sleeper you may want to invest in some earplugs just in case it's an ongoing thing. That said, we loved it so much, we're thinking of buying a condo there, so it didn't put us off too much ;) Thanks again Carol!

Honeymoon - 44 years late!!

My husband and I flew from Northern Michigan to Bend, Or. to spend several days with our daughter who was graduating from college. The condo we chose was found on the internet. Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine we would be able to stay in such an amazing place for the price we paid!! It was decorated beautifully, modern, and very clean! It was a joy to be a guest in your lovely home away from home. Everything that was promised on-line was there. Having the third floor condo meant we would not have anyone "walking on top of us"! That was a treat! The weather was - well, just superb!! The scenery - stupendous! The company - oh, the very, very best!! Sunday was a day filled with sunshine, friends, and poolside fun and chatter! If you have reason to be in Bend, Or. - or, hey, even live there already, make some very special time for yourselves and plan a great week-end at the 7th Mountain Condo! You WON'T be disappointed in anyway!! Oh, by the way, my husband and I had never taken time for a honeymoon in our 44 years of marriage. This time more than made up for it!

Our "Home Away From Home" when Skiing Mt. Bachelor

We just returned from our five-night stay and loved staying at your Seventh Mtn. Condo! The condo is perfect for a couple or, with the Murphy bed and two full bathrooms, can easily accomodate kids or another couple. Love the recent remodel and really appreciated the cleanliness, cozy beds and linens, as well as the games, books and movies. The ipod player/charger is a great feature, and a fully-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals at the condo. You can't beat the location to Mt. Bachelor - I think it takes us about ten minutes to get to the mountain. The pools at Seventh Mountain provide exceptional summer fun, and the hot tubs are such a treat after a long day of skiing. This being our fourth stay, I think it's safe to say, we can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay in the condo. Very nice resort. Warm pools outside and hot tubs after full day skiing were heavenly. Even the ice skating was open over spring break! Great location being a few miles out of town and closest resort to skiing made for a relaxing, quiet getaway. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely decor also. It was perfect for our family of 4. Access right at the resort to regional trails for hiking and biking round out the experience. We'll be back.

Our stay at this condo, the Seventh Mountain Resort, town of Bend, and of course skiing at Mount Bachelor exceded our expectations. The moment we stepped into the condo we were extremely comfortable and felt like we were at home. It was a great quiet place to come back from skiing and lay by the fire after soaking in the hot tubs and relaxing in the sauna. I almost forgot to mention the best part, the king size bed! It was so comfortable it made it hard to get up and go skiing in the morning. The small things such as the two televisions, stereo, appliances, cooking utensils, places to hang skis, two full bathrooms, and close drive to Mt Bachelor made the condo very convenient. It was a perfect place for the two of us to get away for a week, relax, and feel right at home. The billing process was efficient and we enjoyed the personal touch that the ownders provided.

Our 6 night stay at your condo was wonderful!! Clean, comfortable, and quiet with all the comforts of home, it's located near Bachelor (and some fantastic sno-park nordic ski areas), yet close enought to Bend to enjoy all that the town has to offer. The 7th Mountain Resort also has great features. We enjoyed the restaurants, pool/spa area, even took a hike along the trails that are just outside the door. I was pleased at how easy the check in/check out process was. Looking forward to another ski trip to Bachelor! Thanks for the great accomodations.

I took my gilrfriend to Bend for a weekend get-a-way and found Ron and Carol's condo searching the VRBO site. The condo was the perfect size and the fireplace and comfortable king bed made for a romantic weekend. We tried the jigsaw puzzle but did not get very far-I would definitely rent this condo again- the payment process and logisitics were as easy as checking into a hotel. All the updates were very nice too!

This is the second time our family has stayed in this condo and it is great. Quiet, comfortable, recently updated, nicely furnished, and a well-stocked kitchen. It is perfect for a family of four, with a queen bedroom, 2 baths, and a murphy bed in the living room. We stay here to ski at Mt. Bachelor, and it is the closest resort to the mountain. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We hope to return again.

My husband and I spent a weekend at this condo in September. We had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again. The owners are very responsive, the condo is clean and has all the ammenities you need for the weekend. The bed is very comfortable, it has a good sized living room with a large flat screen TV, and it has a great deck.

This condo is great. Our family of three was quite comfortable here. The views off the balcony are beautiful. Bend is such a nice town and with this condo's amenities, you don't really need to go into town. We brought everything we needed (except the Starbucks - so we went to town only in the mornings!) The kitchen is stocked with basic pans, utensils & dishware. The fridge is a little one, but held our week's worth of groceries easily. The beds are so comfortable -- a bonus in our opinion! And having two bathrooms was a plus too. We took advantage of all the resort had to offer, walks in the woods, mountain biking up the road a bit to the trails, whitewater rafting (Two-fer Tuesdays), kayaking, swimming. The weather was beautiful. Everything is so close and yet it's quiet and serene here. Reservations were easy to make. We will definitely be back!

We have enjoyed visits to Seventh Mountain several times in the past, but this condo is now our favorite! Located on the third floor, noise from other guests is kept to a minimum. Our family of four fit very nicely in the unit- comfortable beds, nice kitchen utensils and cookware, nice selection of dvd's/books/games, great access to pool and ice skating (perfect for our young children!), and a great view of all the activity on the park-like green space outside. We love it and hope to return again!

We have a lovely time at this condo at the Inn of the Seventh Mountain. Both the unit and the inn had everything we could want; beautiful views from the porch, convenient location near the river and town, and great outdoor activities at the resort--swimming, work out room, nature hikes, and convenient dining. We took the resort's 2-hour river rafting trip and had a great time. We very much enjoyed the convenience of this location. While one would really never have to leave the resort for fun, the town of Bend is just down the road--grocery stores, restaurants, and the river walk is close by. We had a great time in downtown Bend and went to the Music and Munch evening on Thursday night--lots of fun and community feel. I would come back again soon if I had the opportunity!

This condo was perfect for a family of 4. We put both our kids in the bedroom & we slept on the murphy bed (it was very comfortable). This condo is perfect for a couple or small family that wants to sample all of the pleasures of Bend and its surroundings. Only 5 miles from downtown Bend and something like 12 miles from Mount Bachelor - either direction you go you are in a lovely environment. And Seventh Mountain Resort is a great place to come home to - with three pools, tennis courts and two restaurants, there's lots to do on an "off day" as well. The condo itself is comfortable and neat. From breakfast on the sunny deck to "vegging" on the couch after a long day in the outdoors - we felt very at home.
