It is located in a quiet dead end / cul de sac with just mangroves and trees opposite the house

WALK TO SHOPS & RESTAURANTS - FREE ISLAND SHUTTLE AT END OF STREET

There are 4 bedrooms (2 with ensuite) and a guest bathroom. It sleeps up to 10 people using the extra pop up bed and or sofa bed!

There is a large modern open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge with nook and TV with DVD player and boom box.

The south facing screened pool (heating is extra) is surrounded by a large pool deck with shaded area and patio table and chairs.

There is a king ensuite bedroom with TV, one queen ensuite with TV and 2 twin beds.

The large garden has palms with a grapefruit and orange tree.

Pets are welcome with an additional $100 pet fee.
