Welcome to our luxury 5 bed,3 bath villa located at the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country club. Situated in a private road in the centre of the golf course and with Disney only 12-15 mins away its the perfect location for golfers and families alike. Although beautifully located on the 9th fairway, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are only minutes away.
As well as its own private heated pool our villa has it's own games room with pool table, Table Tennis, Foosball, Air Hockey and Electronic Darts. Plenty there to keep everyone occupied in between relaxing by the pool or visiting the parks.
Our fully air-conditioned villa with WI-FI broadband sleeps up to 12 people and has two spacious living areas; the family room leads to the pool area and has a 42 INCH cable TV,DVD,VCR, comfortable sofas and ceiling fan. The adjoining dining area has more comfortable sofas, a HI-FI with iPod dock and is ideal for more formal meals.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, iron and ironing board. A breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen for more relaxed meals. A utility room off the kitchen has a washing machine and tumble drier.
There are 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master king size bedroom with en-suite has 27 inch cable TV and DVD. The master en-suite has a large shower, corner bath and double vanity unit. The walk in closet has a floor mounted safe.
The second master king bedroom has a 22 inch cable TV, DVD and also has its own en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and vanity basin. There are a further 3 bedrooms, one with a Double Bed and cable TV and DVD and two with twin beds and cable TV and DVD. All bedrooms have fitted closets and ceiling fans.
The private heated pool with child safety fence is set in a large pool deck with lovely views over the 9th fairway. Sun loungers, a table and chairs are provided for your comfort. For our youngest guests we have a crib, highchair and stroller. We also provide Toys, Movies and Books. Our home is fully equipped for your stay with linen, towels, pool towels and local phone calls provided.Our home also has a monitored house alarmby. Highlands Reserve also features Tennis courts, a community pool and a play park for the children. Our excellent local management company is on hand to look after your needs.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love the fact that we're not overlooked and each morning we wake up and look out onto the beautiful golf course view. If the kids have had enough splashing about in the pool they can amuse themselves with a game of pool or Table Tennis or do the kid thing and watch the Disney channel in their bedroom.
