Our two master suite home sits on the eighth Green of Indian Springs Country Club (rated #5 in the Coachella Valley) and has custom paint and is decorated with a designer flair. You enter the home through a tiled rotunda into the living room with a comfortable sofa, oversize chair, 32 inch TV/VCR/DVD, gas fireplace, and a view down the eighth fairway across the lake, straight to the Chocolate Mountains...UNOBSTRUCTED!
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with two skylights, seating for six, and a side buffet. The kitchen features granite counters, side by side ice/water through the door refrigerator, quality utensils, and espresso machine. Each master suite is themed, first the "Kauai Room" which features a king bed, 19 inch TV/VCR, private bath, walk-in closet, and the colors and art of Hawaii. The second master suite is the "Tuscany Room" with a feel of Italy and features a king bed, 19 inch TV/VCR, and jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The master suites are separated by the living area and dining room for complete privacy. The home features vaulted ceilings and fans in the living areas, patio, and bedrooms.
Off of the living room is your patio which features a Gas Barbecue, fan, and misting system with a breathtaking view down the fairway and the "Chocolate Mountains." Adjacent to the patio is your own private pool and spa complete with professional desert landscaping which is lit at night by solar spot lights. There is a full-size indoor laundry room and a two-car garage with opener. Off of the kitchen is our "Morning Room" which has a computer station with Internet access, leather chair, and a view of the Santa Rosa Mountains, perfect for that morning coffee.
We are minutes from great golf courses, including Landmark (Home of The Skins Game), six golf courses at PGA West, Indian Wells CC, Rancho La Quinta, The Dunes at La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, and many more. Also nearby is the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium, one of the stops on the West Coast Pro Circuit and the site of headliner concerts. The restaurants in the area are incredible and varied, from casual patio dining to gourmet fine dining and all within minutes from your home. You can shop on the famed El Paseo Drive (the desert's Rodeo Drive), the Premium Outlets at Cabazon (30 minutes away), the Palm Desert Mall, and, of course, the local artisans and craft fairs.
