Gorgeous terraces and sunlight streaming through big windows make you feel utterly at home in Venice. This is a family apartment, a calm retreat to unwind and enjoy the sounds of life wafting in, as church bells chime in the background. Relax on the large terrace off the kitchen – you’ll hear voices calling, dishes clattering, and water lapping as the boats roll by in the nearby canals.
Our comfortably furnished apartment is on the top (4th) floor. Romantic and very homey, with beautiful unobstructed views. Peer out across the rooftops or step onto the quiet balcony at night to gaze at the stars, and you’ll feel what a special place this is. The newly renovated kitchen is outfitted with all the dishware and cooking utensils you’ll need. So shop at the local markets and have fun preparing a delightful meal you can eat on the terrace! Each room has a balcony or terrace adjoining.
People always tell us that our apartment is even better than they expected, and we get many people who return every year. Located just a short walk from the train station near Campo San Giacomo. - Washer: Located in the kitchen and works well. Hang your clothes on the line on the terrace or on the drying rack indoors.
- Linens Provided: All linens & towels provided. They are stored in drawers beneath the twin beds in the 2nd Bedroom.
- Beds
- Queen Bed: In master bedroom.
- Twin/Single Bed (3) : Two twins in second bedroom. This is my favorite room because the sun streams in on these beds in the afternoon which makes for a lovely nap. There is a third twin which is in a pull out drawer underneath one of these beds. Pull it out and fold the legs down and set it up wherever you like. Plenty of room in the Living Room to set it up for a private sleeping area.

- Balcony (2) : Each room connects to a balcony or terrace. There is a long covered terrace which you can enter from the master bedroom, the dining area or the living room. The 2nd bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the nearest canal.
- Lanai: The large terrace off of the kitchen is a beautiful spot to dine outdoors or to just sit and read and enjoy the sun.
- View/Location
- Water View: The nearest canal is just a stones throw away.
- Communications
- Telephone: Receive calls on the house phone at no charge. Use cell phone in the apartment for outgoing calls, just buy minutes for the phone at any phone store.
- Cell Phone: Provided for your convenience to use throughout Italy. Just purchase minutes at any phone store.
- Broadband Internet: DSL available at no charge.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be at least 21.
- Smoking Not Allowed: We would prefer you do not smoke in the apartment. There are plenty of balconies and terraces where you can step outside to smoke.

Rate Details (In Euro)
€2500/month (Deposit Paid Thru Bank Transfer, or Upon Arrival)
€1500/two weeks(We prefer a two week minimum stay or monthly rentals)
€850-€1000/one week,seasonal (when possible)
Rates are all inclusive.
A mid-stay housecleaning is included for monthly guests, and additional cleanings
are available on request at €50 each.

I remember my first time there I was scared to go out without Axel and once I got "lost" a few times by myself and figured out that you can only get SO lost....I was able to venture out with no fear afterwards.
