Exuma Blue is a 1 bedroom home located 1/4 of a mile from the center of George Town, on a 1/2 acre hilltop parcel on Great Exuma. Private location, but restaurants, shopping, groceries, tour services, and other amenities are all located within a convenient distance. Exuma Blue is located only 700 feet from the water and a white sand beach.
Exuma Blue is fully air-conditioned, with one bedroom with a sleep-by-number queen-bed and views of Elizabeth Harbour, Pirate Hill and Stocking Island. The bedroom has an elevated two person Jacuzzi tub with an ocean view.
A lovely 350 square foot balcony stretches along the entire view side of the house, and provides fabulous views of Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. A retractable shade awning, swing and outdoor lounge furniture are also provided.

My Boyfriend and I have rented the cottage from January through April 2008 and we love it. The house sits up on a hill side and gives you a view of Elizabeth Harbor while you are watching TV, eating at the kitchen table, or from the Jacuzzi tub which is located in the bedroom. We spend a lot of our time on the front porch which has a swing, love seat and padded bench to lie on. There is also a propane grill on the patio to grill on if you like. The kitchen table can be easily moved outside if you like to eat outside. The home is very well furnished and has new appliances (toaster, oven/stove, fridge, dishwasher, blender, Crockpot, egg beater, washer and drier). The AC works great but you may not need that if you come in January. There is internet at the house and satellite TV and a phone. The house is close to George Town which is the main town on the island. You can walk there from the cottage. There is a small beach down the road from the house that you can walk to as well. I would certainly recommend this cottage for your vacation it will feel like your home away from home.
