Come enjoy our sanctuary by the bay. Visit our lovely well kept family home located on upper Perdido Bay, just minutes from the beaches of Perdido Key and downtown Pensacola. You'll have many options for relaxation such as kicking back on your 70'private pier to fish, go crabbing, simply watching the dolphins play in the bay, catching the Blue Angels fly over, admiring the pelicans, blue herons, sea gulls or ducks in season. You and your party can swim in the bay, dig in the sandy beach area, sun bathe on your private deck or swim in your private pool. You can cool down from activities inside your screened in porch. Whatever your choice, you will earn your degree in relaxation. Outrageous sunrises and sunsets from your private deck, patio or pier will highlight your days in paradise.
This newly furnished home has four bedrooms and three baths, each finely appointed with new, top of the line furnishings. The master bedroom has a private bath, walk in closet, king size bed, flat screen television and dvd player. Two guest rooms have queen beds and a third bedroom contains a double bed. Hardwood flooring throughout the second floor and tile flooring throughout the first floor.
Some of your tough decisions might be whether to cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen or use the outdoor grill and stove. You will also have to decide whether you will enjoy your fresh catch indoors or out. Choose to dine in the formal dining room that seats eight or the breakfast table in the family room or the unique picnic table on the screened in porch. A large upper deck has recently been added to the home with stairs leading to the pool and lower deck and entrances from the master bedroom and bayside bedroom.
A must see for the entire family is a visit to the nearby world famous Naval Flight Museum. Admission is free and there are many exhibits that chronicle the history of flight from early days to space flight. Only 2 miles from the Pensacola Greyhound Track and Poker Room.
When it's time to come inside don't worry, you'll never lose sight of the bay. Your den's spectacular view and rock fireplace will create a wonderful ambiance for continued relaxation. The separate living room contains ample seating for at least 7 guests, a leather Ethan Allen queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen television.
No matter what your hustle and bustle may be, it's nothing that the bay can't cure.

This is an absolutely beautiful home to enjoy with your family! It is nice to find such a jewel "away" from the crowds, but still close enough to the beaches, restaurants, shops, parks and amusements, etc.. The owners have created a great home that has it all......dock, bay, pool, spacious home in a great location to all the area attractions.Recommended for: Families with young children.

What a great place! Attractions were great! The house was very clean. I would defintely stay here again and recommend my friends do as well. I can not wait to go back! Food choices were great, shopping was great and the water was beautiful!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We had so much fun during our stay. The house is very welcoming and we felt right at home. The pool is the perfect size with a great view of the bay. We enjoyed the beach and fishing off the dock at sunset. It is located close to grocery stores and easy access to browse around Pensacola. We will definitely go back again. We came during the winter and had so much that we have to go back during the summer!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Relaxation, rest, good food, and laughter......all essentials of any vacation!! Thanks, Jim and Deborah, for giving us a location to find all these elements!! McGuire's Irish Pub, Lulu's at Homeport Marina, Lambert's Cafe, and Florabama were a blast!! We enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning while enjoying coffee and chat and waiting for the dolphins to visit! Although the pool was a little cool for swimming, it provided a cooling off place from the sun! A trip to Pensacola Beach topped off our vacation and gave us a reason to return again! Our search for the DOLLAR proved successful, and we left the next vacationers a challenge and hope they enjoy their search as much as we did! Thanks again, Jim and Deborah! Ten days since we started on our way here...over too fast! Wonderful, wonderful vacation again. We have celebrated a wedding, three family birthdays and a graduation here-no wonder it feels like home to us. These memories are forever!! There are biscuits in the freezer again for you-hope you enjoy them. We hope it is not too long before we come back. We will never get enough of coming to the bay house. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The view was awsome, atmosphere just wonderful. It was a nice relaxing vacation. The sunsets were spectacular. We got to see the dolphins almost everyday. We spent quality time with our family in your home. Our youngest daughter plays volleyball for the University of Southern Indiana and after their tournament we had the team and staff over for a BBQ. What a beautiful home you have. We really enjoyed everything and the views were absolutely beautiful. It has been 30 years since our trip to Pensacola and it's still a wonderful place. Your house has everything a family needs for relaxation. Hope to come again in the near future. Best white sand beaches in the world! Thanks again for making everything so handy and convenient. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. This was our first trip to the area but will not be our last. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed watching the sunsets while swimming. Thank you for allowing us the use of your vacation home. This was our first family vacation and it was great. We loved the privacy of the home, swimming in the private pool, lounging under the covered porch and fishing on the dock. We had the best of both worlds-privacy of the bay and convenience of the ocean. It was a relaxing trip that allowed us to spend quality time with our family. About the owner: After many years of vacationing all along the gulf coast staying in condos with many restrictions and limited privacy, we decided to purchase our own place for our children and grandchildren. Priorities included a place on the water with lots of privacy. We definitely found such a place in our home on Perdido Bay.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We chose to buy this home because it is directly located on the water with a private pier and swimming pool. It is not located in a complex therefore affording maximum privacy yet convenience to beaches, shopping and restaurants.

While adults and children both enjoy the bay and the pool, relaxation is one of the major benefits of staying in our home.
