Completely re-furnished with gorgeous leather couch, luxury master bed and bath, fabulous kids room with bunks, a 37" HD LCD TV, brand new carpet, paint and slate tile entry, slab granite kitchen and new stainless appliances as well as free internet access. Are you tired of renting units that look and feel like every other rental unit? We brought our family’s personal touch to our condo to make it feel like home!
Location: The Red Hawk Lodge is the quietest location in River Run yet just one building separates it from the pedestrian village. This means you don’t have to get in your car, pay for parking or take buses to get to dinner or the slopes. Walk to the Gondola (approx. 100 yards) as well as Starbucks, shops and all of the great restaurants in River Run Village without the noise and chaos of trying to sleep in a unit right above a restaurant. We have a child ourselves and chose this building and unit as we wanted the serenity of the river and mountains yet the convenience of walking to everything. We chose the safety of a third floor unit for the views, the oversized (wrap around) deck that faces west (amazing sunsets) and overlooks the ski slopes.
It is a short drive to A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas but with the only night skiing in the summit and a heated gondola; what a perfect excuse to stay and enjoy Keystone at night!
Unit Amenities: The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and over-sized bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has bunk beds; twin above and full below. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Each room has its own TV and DVD player (even a mini DVD for the upstairs bunk!) The living room is gorgeously decorated, complete with a moss rock fireplace and 37 inch LCD TV for those cold winter nights. Our kitchen is more than "equipped" with all amenities needed to create a home cooked dinner.
Building amenities: Enjoy two awesome hot-tubs and the year-round heated pool with unobstructed views of the mountain and slopes. The community gas grill is on the pool deck and just inside, the spa includes an exercise room with treadmill, weight machine and steam room. The family oriented lobby has a pool table, TV and a wet bar. Your heated ski lockers are on the main floor & laundry facilities are just down the hall. For summer visitors: our backyard accesses the bike path!
To add to family convenience, we have board games, a pack'n play in the unit at all times as well as a strap-on high chair.
