This is a cozy, 1200 sq. ft., home. The setting is tranquil. The living room hosts a wall of windows which look out onto the woods. While sitting on the deck or at the dining room table you are able to enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean. The property is situated on a bluff with a sprinkling of homes in a cluster setting. There is adequate privacy. The furnishings are attractive, comfortable and inviting. Guests have commented on their appreciation of how the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining. There is an excellent selection of books and CDs.

Sea Ranch is a part of the Northern California Coastal area which experiences an unusual amount of sunny, temperate days and nights. Enjoy lounging on the deck as blue birds come to visit. Wild turkeys and deer are seen frequently from the house. A walk of approximately 1 and 1/2 hours down to the coast and to the south of the Ohlson Rec Center will take you by the tide pools and marine preserve of the sea lions. There are miles of coastal foot trails (maps are at the house in a binder)for all Sea Ranch guests to enjoy.
