Enjoy this wonderfully open home with high ceilings. Three large bedrooms with top quality bedding. Three full baths. We feel our backyard is the best in the neighborhood. We have a great view of a small arroyo full of native Arizona plants, a view of number 2 at Legend Trail Golf Club and a view of the mountains including Pinnacle Peak. The well furnished patio is covered from the afternoon and evening sun. There is a lighted spa/swimming pool with waterfall. The house is full of light with large windows and wonderful view. The kitchen is well equipped and has a nice bar with stools. The dining room table will seat eight and there are large windows with a nice view of the patio/pool/back yard.
The large open living room has comfortable seating, a fireplace, and TV and entertainment center. This neighborhood is perfect for morning and evening walks. The homeowners association club building is available with tennis courts a well equipped work out facility. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

I have eight friends from Dallas out for a golf tournament(The Duel in the Desert). The house is a perfect headquarters. We cook in every night and eat in and outside. We have no qualified designated driver. If you have not played Legend Trail, you have missed one of the gems of the desert. A great course that is golfer friendly. Don't miss it when in Scottsdale. It is listed in the top 100 US courses you can play. ..
