  We are 2 adults ages 53 ,47, and traveled with our 18 year daughter. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the house was especially the kitchen. We only needed to buy groceries. Sandry (our contact) was very helpful and attentive. We spent every morning eating breakfast by the pool, what a great way to start the day, and enjoying the view. My Mom and Dad, whom live on the island, joined us for a couple nights. They were loving it just as much as us. The golf cart was great for getting around the community. My wife enjoyed drives to the beach while I played golf. The pool was great especially after a round of golf. Our daughter was so impressed that all her facebook entries were about how happy she was. While on the island we visited El Yunque, The Arecibo Observatory, The Caverns of Camuy, Rincon Light House, Luquillo Beach, and many more sites and were not disappointed with any. We would like to thank Nathalie for letting us use her home. It was one of the best vacations that our family has enjoyed. We would recommend this house to anyone. Nothing was misrepresented and you will not be disappointed!

  Wonderful vacation spot!! Let me start by saying that Nathalie was extremely accomodating and helpful from the begining. Sandra was readily available once we got to the house and answered any calls we had with questions. Directions to the house on the package sent were right on and the facility itself was gorgeous! We enjoyed cooking out by the pool almost everyday and watching the iguanas that would occationally come say hi. It also helped a lot that we had awesome weather! The golf cart was a lot of fun specially with getting to the beach. The location was perfect as we visited Fajardo and El Yunque with ease. Thank you for the opportunity to create some wonderful memories full of picturesque scenaries! We will definitely come back sooner than later! Muchas gracias Nathalie and Sandra!

  There was eight of us that stayed at this house from ages ranging from 15 to 70+ and we had the best time ever. Everything was just as it was stated and the pictures don't do it justice. It is a great property and we were able to enjoy every bit of it. Nathalie, the homeowner, was great. She helped us with whatever we needed and the place is very safe. Palmas de Mar is a great place to stay. You can never leave the property or you can do what we did and rent a car and enjoy the island. When we were hanging out at the house, we were always in the back by the pool listening to music and enjoying the grill making awesome food. The weather was so nice that I am glad that the pool was not heated and the hot tub actually was warm enough without the heater. It was fun to hang out in it. We had so much fun taking to golf cart to the beach and even talking walks in the morning. Anyone who gives this house a low rating is totally wrong and misleading. For a rental it was really nice and clean and up to date with everything. I would come back here again and don't have any reservation about recommending this to anyone. It is everything that it says and more. Sandra and her husband was also very helpful and was great to have to as a reference whenever we needed something. Thank you so much Nathalie for sharing your house with us and I for sure want to come back. We all had a great time.

  We stayed at Nathalie's vacation home for a week with another family. We had four adults and four children -- the house was the perfect size for us. We have rented several homes in the past, mostly at Colorado ski resorts, and have never stayed in one that was as well equipped as this one. There are even kitchen staples left by previous vacationers that we were allowed to use. Lots of sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, pool loungers, etc! The house is impeccably clean and very nicely decorated (love your paintings, Nathalie). I swear we could have eaten off the garage floor! The house is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful views. We spent most of our time in the back yard enjoying the pool/dining/bbq area. We also enjoyed using the golf cart to get to and from the beach. We all LOVED watching the iguanas cross the street :). Palmas Del Mar is a very large and beautiful community that offers just about everything. And Walmart (for groceries, etc.) is only 15 minutes from the house. There is a market in Palmas Del Mar for picking up just a few things as well. We had a wonderful dinner at La Brochette in Palmas Del Mar and watched the moon rise from our outdoor table. It was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed boogie-boarding at the beach in Palmas Del Mar. The waves were a bit strong for small children, however. The only thing I would like to have seen different in the house is to have a double or queen bed in the room with the private bath, instead of two twins. The other couple was able to have their own bathroom, but had to step out in the hall to use it. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!

Our home is relaxing and we do love pool/BBQ/relaxing by the pool always and everyday !!!! For the short comment on the twin bedroom , our vacation home most be set up for different lifestyles which might include kids ( boy and girl) sleeping close to the master bed .   This was the perfect home away from home for our first visit to Puerto Rico. We have rented many homes and time shares and this was by far the best ! The home was fully stocked with all itmes to make the stay most enjoyable. The golf cart was a great means of transportation to get around the resort. Everything from the kitchen, bedrooms, laundry, and pool facilities were perfect ! Thank you Nathalie for making the golf arrangements at the Flamboyan Golf Course !!! We had a delightful time in your home. I would encourage anyone to consider this home for a Puerto Rico get away !

  Another guest comment from our guest book: What a great week! This was the 2nd trip to Puerto Rico for must of our family and once again it was fabulous place to be. The house was great the outside area was by far my favorite - We really enjoyed eating out on the veranda and our 5 year old was in the pool almost the entire time that he was awake. We enjoyed touring thru Palmas on the golf cart- catching the sunrise going to the beach, or just a relaxing drive. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

  Another of my guest book: What a beautiful house you have, Thank you for sharing it with us! I stayed the week with the Ayala family and had a blast!! It was better than the pictures on line! Pure Paradise ,exactly what we needed after 10 feet of snow in Worcester MA. Love the attention to details in every room! the view is spectacular as you know! We are off to Ponce today for 2 days & then back to cold & work :( . Hope everyone enjoys as much as we did! Such an amazing house! Enjoyed everything about it . From the master bedroom to all the views everything was just breather taking.

  We were fortunate to be able to spend a month at the house, lovely Palmas Del mar. The house was shared with grandchildren, family and friends. All came at different times and each group loved the house, pool area and the gorgeous weather. Sandry, you and your staff were fabulous. A few minors things were handled very promptly. The golf cart was a great way to get around & we lovet it. Only rented a car a couple of days for grocery shopping & trip to Fajardo. All of our expectations were more then met . A truly memorable experience. From Nathalie: Hope those few more comments from my guest book will make anyone feel at ease with our fantastic future retirement home :) . We would love to meet you , so come on in and visit us !!! I can probably reach any of my past guest also as need it.

  Here is another guest book comment: We will recommend this home to everyone who's interested.This has been a fun time.We had a family time with no worries at all weekend. Warm weather was nice to have after a rough April-may in Michigan (crazy weather). The amenities were awesome- beach towels, BBQ, bathroom by the pool, golf cart etc.. The kitchen was used constantly with no issues. A couple of small issues ,but our contact here in PR handled them with ease. Recommend to giveher a call ,if any issues. We do recommend a few more cable channels for those rainy days :) Thank you for your beautiful house (from Nathalie we did add more channels :)

  Here is another comment: Our vacation to PR was fantastic, we were looking into Hotels but so glad we decided to rent this house . Everything was great! I so like how secluded it is no one to bothered you! It was such a relaxing vacation! We will tell everyone about this house and let them know how they can stay here also! Also wanted to thank Sandry and her husband, any small problems we had they fixed right away. They were fantastic. Definately will stay here again.
