This completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located on 127th Street in a quiet section of North Ocean City. The unit is located on the 2nd floor in a mid-size building equipped with an elevator right to your front door! When entering the unit you will find top of the line accommodations!
This unit is great for off-season weekend getaways or for your family summer vacation.During the summer months we rent for full weeks or mini weeks. As owners of Unit #204 Tides Edge, we take great pride in the cleanliness and appearance of our rental units. This is not the normal Ocean City rental, no need to haul bed linens and towels, as they will be furnished for your convenience (NO senior week linens provided). Also, we don't expect our guests to wait in lines at a rental office! Therefore during the busy summer months our rentals are scheduled from Friday to Friday for full week rental or mini week rentals are Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. No need to wait in long check in lines we will greet you at the door with the keys and to anwers any question about the condo or Ocean City.
The condominium is furnished with a king size bed and an adjacent master bathroom in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds. There are also 2 queen size pull-out sofas in the unit.
This unit is within walking distance of great restaurants and the fabulous Ocean City Northside Park!! No traffic problems, 127th street has a stop light so you can get on to Coastal Highway going north or south at any time of the year.

This place is lovely! The kitchen is first rate and stocked with everything imaginable, including a double oven. It's clean, comfortable and right across the street from a grocery store. The owner is first rate and very easy to rent from. All in all a perfect holiday vacation!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners.
