Thank you Don for providing us such a great vacation home for New Year's day! The property is clean and has everything that you need! It's only 5 minutes walking distance to the beautiful beach!

Perfect Home for a Perfect Vacation!

We just returned from our vacation to Oceanside. Staying in this house made it perfect! The kids loved the private top deck with a gas firepit for s'mores and comfy seating. The house is on the corner of the weekly Thursday Famer's Market and super close to the pier - a perfect location to enjoy all the atmosphere of Oceanside. The house was roomy, spacious and provided tons of room for us to all have privacy yet plenty of seating when we all wanted to hang out together. I LOVED having the tandem bike, What a fun way to tour the city!! ...and all the beach supplies, fishing poles, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, dishes, pots and pans... you had everything we needed and more. You have truly made your home a place where people can come for a worry-free vacation and we can't wait to return. Thank you!

Good place for big families but...

Large, spacious home near the beach and shopping. The home was not very clean when we arrived, no hand soap, paper towels, etc. Had to request to have kitchen recleaned as there was sand on the floor and dirty countertops. Did not clean until the following day,even though promised to do so promptly. Would not consider the place well stocked ie no cutlery, measuring cups, or pot holders. Large areas for gathering together. Listed with 3 bathrooms, but only 2 have showers, the other is just a half bath. The bunk room is directly off one of the queen rooms, so guests have to walk through the bunk room to enter it.

Owner response:The house had been completely cleaned when these people checked in and after we received the complaint at 7pm in the evening, we had the cleaners come first thing the next morning to re-clean the entire house for them free of charge. We supply our kitchen to the best of our ability but we make ourselves available to our renters and if we would have know that they needed those supplies we would have been more than happy to have dropped them off to them. We take pride in our properties as well as try to ensure that every renter we have enjoys themselves and always do everything we can to accommodate any requests they may have.

Big and Comfortable for the entire family

The home was big and spacious. Plenty of room for the whole family. Great front patio and roof deck to enjoy the weather. Close to movie theater and restaurants. Short walk to beach. Came ready with boogie boards, bikes, and more for the beach. Thought they could have done a better job cleaning the place in between renters. It could also use some baking supplies in the kitchen. Only came with a few pots and pans. Nothing to measure and bake something large in. Otherwise a great place that we really enjoyed staying!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed the house. It was much larger than expected, the bedrooms and bathrooms were both clean, large, and more than sufficient for our use. There are two separate porches, both excellent places to enjoy the weather. I was pleased to see that things like linens, beach towels, boogie boards, irons, and many other amenities were there. The nearby beach ( about 3 mins walking) was clean and nice for swimming and other activities. Parking is also very easy, compared to other beach towns, as the house provides a large garage and there was plenty of on-street parking is available. The owner also does a good job in making the check-in and check-out very easy. I really did not have a single complaint and, in every way, was more than happy with the rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! We certainly did not want to leave when our allotted time came to an end. The house was large and airy, clean, and within easy walking distance to the beach, the pier, the train station, the movies, shops, and restaurants. Even our 4-year-olds found the walks we took all around to be very easy! The amenities were everything represented. We had a wonderful time in Oceanside and relaxing at this very beautiful house! We hope to return!
