Our new, four bedroom, three story single family home, featuring "Modern" motif, is located three hundred yards to sandy Oceanside Beach in the North Beach Village of Oceanside. One block to pier, restaurants, theaters, and 16 screen movie theater. A perfect place to relax!

This is a centrally located base to enjoy Southern California by car or train. You are a minute or two drive from the I-5 and Coast Hwy exit. The weather is wonderful; there is no shortage of activities for you to take advantage of, and the scenery is breathtaking.

Travel south and enjoy Wild Animal Park, Del Mar Race Track, La Jolla Playhouse, Sea World, Legoland, Old Town, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, San Diego Zoo, and the Balboa Park Museums. Drive northeast to the Wine Country and Pechanga Casino. Travel north and visit Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, South Coast Plaza, Hollywood, and Universal Studios, just to name a few.
