The 1105 condo was amazing! It really helped us in creating our dream come true honeymoon. Thank you for all of the help. The view was breath taking. Year Purchased: 2004
We live in Nashville, Tennessee. Panama City Beach is a fairly easy drive from Nashville.
Pam and I enjoy the time we are able to spend on the coast. One of our kids is out of college and the other two are still in school.
We thought that the condo rental business would be fun and allow us to spend more time in Panama City Beach so we purchased 1105 and 1405. You can click on our web site link above to see both condos and lots more pictures of Celadon Beach Resort.
We provide stable ownership and hope that the condos will allow our guests to have a wonderful relaxing beach vacation at an economical price.
We work hard to keep the condos clean and neat. Our hope is to develop a loyal following of guests that want to return year after year and we are on the way to accomplishing that goal.
Why the Owner Chose Celadon
We first started to visit Destin with our three children but it was too crowded and traffic was a mess most of the time we were there. Then we visited Seaside and Seagrove. Finally we decided to buy a condo at Celadon Beach Resort because of the family atmosphere and the location on the quiet west end of the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Celadon Beach Resort has a good group of owners. We enjoy spending time on the beach with our neighbors and frequently go to dinner with other owners. The homeowners association is focused Celadon Beach Resort being a premier beach vacation destination. We have a great beach service from March – October. With pools, hot tubs, tennis and a workout facility there is always something to do at Celadon Beach Resort!
