  I highly recommend this unit. This was the first time in many years that we stayed in PCB but loved every relaxing minute of it. This unit is very conveniently located right off of the elevators and the walk from the ground floor to the beach was the shortest of all places I have stayed in at the gulf. That is especially important when you are carrying chairs and umbrellas. We really appreciated the use of the owners beach gear since our favorite time on the beach is late in the day after the beach service has closed. We also loved having the keyless entry. Having the bedroom overlooking the gulf was a real plus for us because we can't get enough of the beautiful gulf views. The "bunk" room, instead of hall bunks was one of the main reasons we decided to stay here because my mother was supposed to join us. She was not able to make it but I will definitely come back to this very unit and bring her with us very soon. The owners were also great to work with. Rob was very quick to respond whenever I emailed him. Thanks so much!!

  Great condo! Clean, well cared for. Beautiful view both from the living room and master bedroom. Tom was very helpful and a pleasure to rent from. Everything was as promised and we really enjoyed our stay!!

  Great condo! Clean, well cared for, new carpeting. Beautiful view both from the living room and master bedroom. Tom was very helpful and a pleasure to rent from. Everything was as promised and we really enjoyed our stay!!

  We had the best vacation! This is an AWSOME place to stay. Luck was with us when Rob had a cancelation we were able to take advantage of the opening and experience the best beach in 40 plus years of travel. Friends have suggested a PCB vacation and fortunately we took their advise and found out what we have been missing. Our time here has been filled with golfing on some great courses and shopping at Pier Park, antique stores, and outlet malls near by. And then there is the beach! Whether walking on the white sand, sitting on the balcony or inside the condo the mezmarizing emerald waters are there to enjoy. Dolfins played in front of our condo while having our morning coffee. This unit has EVERYTHING you need to have a comfortable, relaxing time. Rob is great to work with, quick to respond if you have questions and offers a beautiful place to stay.

  It was our first time in PCB and we were surprised how much larger the area was than we thought and there is plenty of restaurants and activities. We found the west end quiet and it was a very beautiful beach and property. The condo was decorated very nicely, clean and well maintained. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Pier Park was just a short drive away. The size of the condo was more than adequate for the 2 of us and the kitchen, dining, and balcony were perfect for ocean front dining for the nights that we dined in. The owner was very easy to book through and very helpful, and we would recommend this property without hesitation.

  This condo is awesome!!! We have stayed at many other condos in PCB over the years and I have to say this unit was by far the best. The unit has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It is located on the quiet end of the beach. We will definitely stay there again!!! During our stay we had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners and his wife and I have to say they were extremely nice and wanted to know if we needed anything or had any tips to make this condo better, but we could not think anything. The unit is excellent just as it is!!!!

  I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO AND WOULD STAY AT IT AGAIN. LOVED SITTING ON THE BALCONY AND SEEING THE DOLPHINS EVERY MORNING AND SAW THEM EVERY EVENING WE WERE ON THE BEACH. EVERYTHING LOOKS JUST LIKE THE PIC ON VRBO, AND OWNER WAS VERY PROMPT GETTING OUR DEPOSIT BACK. SO MANY GREAT PLACES TO EAT IN PANAMA CITY. TOM WENT FISHING ON THE TREASURE ISLAND BOAT AND CAUGHT LOTS OF FISH. WE REALLY HAD A GREAT TIME AND PLAN ON GOING BACK NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

  Making reservations with Rob was a real pleasure. Mailed a rental agreement quickly that was clear, concise and explained everything you needed to know including numbers where we could reach him with any questions or issues. We got a code to open the electronic door lock and it worked right away. After we opened the door we changed the lock code to a new one. BY the way, not having to deal with lost keys or leaving them inside the condo was a tremendous convenience!. Next day we received a phone call from Rob to check how we were doing. He was very hospitable. We stayed for one week in this amazing 1 bedroom condo and found the unit very clean and fresh smelling. It's like a brand new condo with all the walls freshly painted and very well decorated. It's very comfortable, beautiful, and luxurious. We felt just like home with one big exception: we could see the beautiful emerald ocean from the living room. Everything worked perfectly, and the clean kitchen was fully equipped with every dish and utensil we needed including a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There's a small laundry room with a washer and dryer that is very convenient for keeping your bathing suits and beach towels dry from day to day. A nice touch, if you stay there with children, is that in the laundry room there was a variety of beach toys to play in the sand (buckets, shovels, etc) The bedroom is quite roomy and equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD palyer, King bed, a dresser, chair, nightstand, alarm clock. The roomy closet had several high quality beach chairs and boogie boards available for your use. The bathroom had a long vanity with two bowls and plenty of drawers to store your toiletries. The second bathroom was very roomy and clean. In general, the whole beach condo is extremely comfortable! The bunk room is like a small bedroom with a futon that we never used, but it looked like it might open into a double bed (not sure about that). It was also nicely decorated and had its own flat screen tv. The double balcony was very roomy and equipped with 4 chairs, a small circular table, and a lounge chair. Ate many meals and relaxed in the balcony enjoying the view of the beach and gulf. Several times we were enthralled by frolicking dolphins just 100 feet from shore, and the sunsets every evening were simply amazing! Grocery store was 2 minutes away and LOTs of shopping nearby (Walmart, Target, pharmacies). We will definitely stay here again

  Just arrived home today after an amazing vacation. We loved everything about our vacation. 1. Rob was amazing to work with. From day one he was very responsive to emails and all our questions. He mad the process easy and stress free. Thank you for that!!! 2. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo was very clean and has everything you could need and more. The views are top notch. I loved being on the balcony having coffee in the morning and a nice drink in the evening. There is plenty of space for everything and everyone. It was nice having a 2nd bedroom for our kids. It was perfect for us! We loved everything about the condo! 3. The condo resort was very nice. The pools are great and the beaches are even better. One highlight for sure was the beach service. That is a great perk to have with this rental. HUGE bonus!!!! The beach staff were really nice and attentive to everyone on the beach. The resort staff was a little difficult for us as we had a slight issue that seemed to be ignored by them but over all, the resort is amazing! 4. This was our first time in PCB. We had a great vacation. There are many great things to do with your kids and adults alike. We highly recommend this condo and in fact are already planning our next vacation. This was a great vacation that I could write pages on. If you are looking at this rental, you will not be disappointed at all. I wish I was on the balcony right now listening to the waves crash as I drink a nice glass of wine. Thank you Rob and family for an amazing vacation and allowing us to experience a great home away from home.

  Thanks Rob for letting us into your home for our vacation. The condo was clean and in a perfect location near peir park. We especially enjoyed being able to wake up and see dolphins right off our balcony. We will definitely stay again.staining
