Our family has stayed on 30A many times. We love this area of Florida but had never stayed on the east end of 30A before. We loved this location. It's convenient to everything. Rosemary is beautiful and Panama City Beach is so close as well! The house was amazing! The photos don't do it justice. It's huge with enough bathrooms to accomadate any group! There's a pool, a pool table & golf cart! We had never had use of a golf cart for our beach time before and will find it hard to go without in the future! The kitchen is great and the bedrooms( most are king sized beds) are so comfortable. The house has everything you would expect - outdoor shower, washer/dryer and parking but so much more. We have never had the space & amazing air conditioner that this one did. The only problem that this house had was that it was nicer than our own home but that's what vacations are for! We highly recommend it for anyone. We plan on bringing 3 generations next time!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
