Looking for a more home-like feeling to your Steamboat Springs vacation outside of "condo-central"? Consider a town home instead of a condo. You will be staying in a two story unit with high privacy walls on either side of the spacious deck that has views of the ski mountain. No neighbors are above or below you and you can park directly in front of the unit! This property is minutes from the ski gondola which is just a mile away and the convenient free bus stop is literally at the end of the driveway. The complex has a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. There is a full kitchen, living and dining room on the first floor with beautiful gas fireplace to snuggle up to as well as TV with DVD/VCR and HBO. The sofa has a fold out bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The second floor has two bedrooms, full bathroom, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has one queen and one twin bed.

In the winter you can enjoy the glorious champagne powder skiing of the Steamboat ski area, do ice skating, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, night snow tubing, or ice fishing. Then you can enjoy a long soak in the in town hot springs with water slide or go to Strawberry Park hot springs for a more "natural" setting.
In the summer, the bike path awaits just down the road from the unit where you can explore the beautiful Yampa river, visit the botanic park, even bike all the way downtown to enjoy the many special events that Steamboat hosts. Plenty of summer activities exist including hiking, mountain biking, hot springs, kayaking, hot air balloon rides, river tubing, alpine slide, fly fishing, and plenty of summer events like art fairs, rodeos, and parades.
Steamboat has many fine restaurants, plenty of shopping opportunities, activities for kids like an alpine slide, and several summer celebrations. No cancellations within 30 days. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance are refunded only if re-booked. Minimum 2 nights stay, 3 nights on holiday weekends. Cleaning fee is $90. Security deposit is $200. Payment in full due 30 days prior to booking date. Rental contract required. Credit cards accepted, but cash preferred.
