You will be enthralled the minute you walk in the door and see the expansive view of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountains in our newly refurbished Condo. Ours is a centrally located Condo on the free shuttle route in a upscale residential neighborhood. It is perfect for families and couples looking to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. The spacious living and dining area includes a center island breakfast bar, rock-walled gas fireplace, six seat dining table and plenty of comfy chairs to watch the cable TV/DVD/VCR or just relax and read in front of the fireplace. A full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and Santa Fe style furniture greet you as you settle down in this comfortable two bedroom, two bath Condo overseeing a million dollar view from the living room and deck.
The bedrooms are suited for a family, with queen size bed in the master bedroom and a double and twin bed in the other bedroom. The master bath has a jetted tub. There is also a sofa in the living room suitable for another bed. Suited for families and on-the-go couples, our Condo offers a full-size washer and dryer in the condo and DSL internet access for those that need to stay connected.
The clubhouse is located up the hill from the Condo and features an indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, and a lounge. You will not find many Condos that also offer these amenities at such affordable price.
The condo is centrally located on the highway between Dillon and Keystone in Summit County. Dillon offers you a convenient home base to visit all of the nearby ski areas: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin and Vail/Beaver Creek. The condo is on the highway to Keystone which is just a five minute drive away. The convenient and reliable free shuttle bus stop is in front of the complex which provides access to the Keystone, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. But most convenient of all is the one car garage you can use to keep your car out of the elements on those snowy mountain evenings. Skies can be safely stored in a locked, inside hallway. Other winter activities are snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice skating, tubing, sledding, and cross-country skiing.
Summer visitors will enjoy the hiking, biking, four-wheeling, white-water rafting, spectacular professionally-designed golf courses, horseback riding, rental water sports at Lake Dillon and great fly fishing on rivers and creeks throughout the county. An extensive inter-city paved bike path is right across the highway from the condo which also allows quick access to all of the surrounding cities. Bikes can be safely stored in the garage storage unit. There is even an alpine slide in Breckenridge. The Lake Dillon Amphitheater offers free summer concerts, and there is also a farmer's market and many other summer events. For the shoppers there are the Silverthorne Factory Outlets as well as several antique shops and art galleries in the surrounding cities. There are also plenty of nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities.
Summer or winter, you can’t beat the opportunities for skiing, biking, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, golfing, fishing, and boating on the lake. It’s a quick drive from Denver International Airport or you can take a shuttle service to drop you off at the front door. What a wonderful condo!!!
What a wonderful condo!!!
My husband and I have stayed at this condo several times over the last couple years. It is absolutely beautiful! It has always been very clean, well-maintained, and stocked well. The condo layout is great as the bedrooms are far enough away from the living room that early sleepers aren' t disturbed by living room activity. To top it all off, one only has to look out the sliding glass doors to see Lake Dillon; what an awesome sight! We have enjoyed fishing at the lake, hiking, trying out new restaurants, and visiting the nearby towns of Frisco, Silverthorne, and Breckenridge. The owners have always been quite helpful with answering our questions, and we highly recommend this property for rental.
