Siesta Key is an executive home with 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a very large pool & spa deck overlooking the water and woodland area beyond. It is located in the resort community of Emerald Island, which is only 3 miles from Disney.
Emerald Island is a unique resort style gated community with great facilities for all guests to enjoy including a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, Internet room and a video arcade. There is also children's playground, a sand volleyball court and a nature trail to explore. Being only three miles from the entrance to Disney World it is perfectly located for visiting all the attractions. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes away on US192. The enclave section features executive, more spacious homes on larger lots.

Our villa, with its south facing pool and beautiful views over the waterway to the wooded conservation area beyond, is the perfect place for large parties to recover in privacy, from a hard day at the parks or golf course, without being overlooked from the back.
The extended pool area has a 28ftx14ft pool and adjoining spa and is in the sunshine all day. If you get too hot then you can spend some time in the large covered lanai area with its overhead fan. There are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as tables and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view and there is a child safety fence in place to keep young children away from the pool unless supervised.
Inside, our spacious, fully air-conditioned villa with its 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms sleeps up to 16 guests. There are five King Master bedroom suites, a twin bedroom and the seventh bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV and there are several DVD players.
In the rest of the house you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with another dining table and a separate laundry room. There is also another sitting room with a 50in plasma TV, surround sound and an Xbox 360 with games.
Our huge games room has another 50in plasma TV as well as a pool table, air hockey, foosball and ping pong/table tennis.
Siesta Key has loads of “extras” at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, DVDs and board games, a gas bbq grill and a baby equipment package including high chairs, strollers and baby monitors.
Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. Our family had the best vacation at Siesta Key. When we weren't at the theme parks we were lounging around the pool. Everything was perfect. The grandchildren were in the pool and hot tub from 10am to 9pm at night as well as the adults. When they weren't in there on our down days, they were either in the game room or watching a movie in the movie room.The rooms were spacious and there plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Everything was perfect, so much so that we would like to do it again. Thank you again for everything.

This is the 4th time that I have been to Florida and this accommodation knocked the others out of the water. Everyone that made this trip with us could not stop talking about how great the house was. Some friends of ours were in Florida at the same time and staying at a different location but they came to visit and they were so impressed with this house and asked for the contact information for their next trip. This place is amazing and has everything to offer which is listed and more. The resort was beautifull and well situated for all the parks and shopping faceilitys. The rear of the house were the pool is situated was not over looked unlike some of the villas we passed and had loveley veiws. I wouldnt hesitate to rent this villa again and was the main factor to my family having the best holiday weve ever had. I would like to thank the owners for letting us stay there and hope to return in the near future.Once again thank you !!!
