Great holiday vacation. Condo had all amenities that we required. Great location. A super place to relax and enjoy the days. Just hope for quiet neighbours, our first few days were spoiled by party folks next door and unable to get any sleep but nothing against the condo. Will recommend to friends travelling to Oahu. Hope to return one day.

We stayed in this condo for 10 days in March of 2012 and couldn't have been happier. Super clean, affordable and very well equipped; the place had everything we needed. Our girls (8 and 4) loved the loft where they felt they had a little place of their own. We ate dinner on the deck every night listening to the surf and the breeze blowing through the palm trees. The entire property was lovely, quiet and relaxing. The only thing that could have made our stay a bit more convenient would have been gas BBQs' by the pool instead of briquette grills. But hey, we aren't too fussy, especially when spending time on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu. We can't wait to return and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else on the island. Mahalo for a lovely experience!!

Location: We wanted some quiet time on the North Shore (after 3 nights in Waikiki) and we got it at this condo! The condos are located inside the Turtle Bay area and is a great choice if you want a base to explore the North Shore. It's 20 minutes away from Haleiwa (awesome town!). The condo also looks out on to the golf course - which is peaceful and serene. Love the little red-headed birdy that hangs around. Condo: The unit was perfect for our needs. It had a washer/dryer which was nice - especially since this was the last part of our trip. My boyfriend's parents said the bed downstairs was not very comfortable though. They said the bed had a big indentation in the middle so they rolled into the middle. Our second floor bed was two twin beds strapped together and my boyf and I slept like babies - there is another full bed in the loft area. The upstairs bathroom is a little odd. The toilet is separate from the shower -- but the shower is teeny tiny. It was built under a sloped ceiling, so my 6'3 boyf was having a little trouble, but it wasn't awful or anything. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with things you would need to cook, etc. We never got into the condo pool so I can't comment on that. Beach Access: It is about a 10 minute walk to the public beach access right next to Turtle Bay Resort. The beach (Kuilima Cove) is on the right side of the resort - there is plenty of parking. The cove is a great place to swim, snorkel, and lounge. We didn't get to swim too much because it was freezing/rainy the days we were there. Sad. But it is very pretty. We did walk around the Turtle Bay resort quite a bit and even hung out in the bar area. Service: Marti was a pleasure to deal with and everything was smooth. I would suggest that there is a different way to handle the gate access card - instead of meeting someone - which is a slight inconvenience for both the renter/owner. But I'm not sure how that would be remedied, unless you just park outside the gate, run into the condo, enter the lockbox code and get the access card that way? Not a big deal, just an idea. Overall we enjoyed the time we spent here! It was relaxing and easy access to good food and activities on the North Shore.

great location and nice place to stay for a family. Everything is great, but two minor issues: 1. tiny ants can be found in rooms, 2. dishwasher is lack of power for deep clean.

Very clean, great location, clean and secure and swam with turtles everyday!!! All the amenities readily available. The couch cushions kept sliding under us but besides that a wonderful stay! Wireless Internet and washer dryer a plus! Marti was great to work with and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you very much and look forward to our next trip! :)

Our stay in this condo truly made our vacation stay on the North Shore enjoyable. Marti who manages this property was great to work with, and everything including reservation, payment and final logistics went as smoothly as they could have. The condo came with all the amenities we wanted, and we were very pleased by the fact that the condo unit was stocked up with all the basic household supplies you need to function as a family for 2 weeks. (beach towels, kitchen supplies, drinking water filter, cookware, utensils, basic toiletries, laundry and cleaning supplies, wireless Internet, phone, cable TV, a good collection of DVD movies, etc...) The location of the unit is perfect as it was always quiet and peaceful around the area throughout each day. The beach is 5 to 10 min walk from the unit depending on your pace.
Owner response:Another happy family that enjoyed their Hawaiian Holiday!

Our stay in this condo was fantastic. The condo was actually nicer "in person" than the pictures posted on VRBO, (which were lovely) and we are so glad that we chose this option rather than a hotel. The upstairs loft was perfect for our 13-year-old son, and with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there were never issues with privacy or waiting to shower. We got going much earlier each day because of this! Furnishings were homey and comfortable, and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The condo was very clean, our bed was comfortable, and linens were high-quality. Being right on the golf course was peaceful and quiet, and we could see the ocean in the distance, though it was sort of obscured by palm trees. Beach towels, a beach umbrella, cooler, boogie board, inflatable toys, snorkeling equipment and other beach accessories were all provided. There was a nice selection of books, magazines and DVD movies as well. We did not use the pools at the condo complex, so can't say how those were. We walked over to the resort to use the beach, had drinks at their outside bar and watched the evening surfers, and snorkeled in Kuilima Cove. A couple of times we drove to the resort with our beach things, and only one time were we unable to get a beach parking pass, because they were all handed out. We did not eat at the resort restaurants, so cannot report on those. Being on the North Shore was wonderful, we saw so many sea turtles (Turtle Beach is the place to go) and the beaches were beautiful, especially Waimea Cove. We drove to Waikiki twice, once for the Atlantis submarine, and once for a sunset Catamaran cruise. Traffic was bad. We also did Pearl Harbor on our last day. We drove to Haliewa (a good 20 minute drive) for some nice restaurant meals at the Breakers and Cholo's. Ted's Bakery was also good, the Kuhuku Shrimp trucks were about 10 minutes away, and we shopped at Foodland just down the Kamehameha Highway when we needed groceries. We did go to Costco at the beginning of our trip, per Marti's suggestion. Marti was a pleasure to work with, and we had no trouble meeting up with her in Haliewa to collect our gate card. All in all, this condo was well worth the money spent, and we would not hesitate to stay there again."

Having found this condo through an Internet search, we were most pleased with it. The description provided by the owner was very accurate. We recognized the interior of the condo immediately when we walked in. Everything was true to form. The property was clean and and well stocked. We used the ceiling fans and kept the slider and front door open which was perfect to allow the breezes through. The "wireless" was so appreciated too. Marti, the Property Manager provided excellent details with respect to directions, stores for shopping, and other aspects. We appreciated her very good email communication during the process. She represents the owners very well. We loved the balcony where we not only had a nice view of the golf course, but even a view of the ocean in the distance. I especially loved the fact we could hear the ocean waves as well. We ate a few meals out on the balcony too. We met some very nice owners next door to us. Mel enjoyed the golf, and I did alot of walking and wave watching. This is a perfect location for many reasons. There is a fresh fruit stand within a mile or so (delicious papaya, pineapple to name a items), fresh shrimp stands towards Kuhuku, Starbucks, which we hit every day, was just a few miles down the road next to Foodland; but the best part was that we were so close to Sunset Beach, the Pipeline, Shark Cove etc. (You can snorkel at Shark Cove). We spent many an hour watching the waves come in and taking pictures. I would even go by myself when Mel was golfing. It was fantastic. This was our third trip to the North Shore and we never tire of it. The people are great here. Being in the Turtle Bay area allows you to easily drive to Haliewa to enjoy great food and shops; and you can get to Honolulu in order to eat at Duke's (right on the beach) and enjoy downtown if you choose. We took the time to go to Punchbowl again and met some Vets from Hawaii who served in WWII. I even got their picture. Punchbowl is a beautiful Memorial to our Veterans; and the views are spectacular. We will gladly recommend this property to friends and family. It really is a great location. We especially like the North Shore because it's much less crowded than the busy city; plus the ocean waves can be huge there. We'll be back for sure. Thank you to Marti and to the condo owners for such a wonderful place to come to relax, rest, play and enjoy Hawaii. May God bless you. Mel and Claudia

We had never visited Oahu before and after this trip we'll definitely return! The North Shore is gorgeous and Kulima West #64 did not disappoint! This condo is well stocked, clean, and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the view each morning from the lanai was wonderful, the local beaches superb. We ventured into Haliewa many times and loved Spaghettini for dinner, with awesome shave ice for dessert just down the road. Marti is a joy to work with, the art in the condo is fantastic and we felt very much at home. The location is great, the amenities couldn't be better - what else is there? We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great get a away for relaxation or for those looking to try something new. Mahalo!!

We had a perfectly delightful time in this lovely condo! Our goal was to chill out and relax...mission accomplished! Early mornings on the lanai, sipping coffee, looking across the beautiful golf course, watching the waves crash on the beach. (It doesn't mention an ocean view, but there is one off in the distance, which put me in my happy place.) We walked to all the resort amenities and had many delectable meals. (Skip Lei Lei's, big disappointment! Ola's and 21 Degrees North are outstanding! And, if anyone in your party has gluten issues, both Ola's and 21 Degrees North have superb gluten free menus - including to-die-for chocolate lava cakes at Ola's!) We also made quite a few meals in the very well equipped kitchen. We really appreciated being able to let our two teens go where they like because the condo complex and resort are gated communities. And the girls were thrilled to be able to DVR American Idol while we were up at the resort having dinner...critical, you know! All in all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Marti was fabulous to work with and could not have been nicer or more helpful! She is a star!
Owner response:Thank you Jane and Family, We appriciate your business and are happy you were comfortable. Marti said booking you was very easy. Hope you join us again in the future and tell family and friends to come and stay. Mahalo, Ewa and Jeff >Owners

We have just returned from our 10 day vacation and are already planning our next trip. The Condo was perfect for our family. We took walks everyday on the beach, ate breakfast on the lani, and enjoyed the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets every night. Marti, you are wonderful to work with. The condo was clean and well stocked, nothing missing from kitchen cooking to beach chairs. We would, and are, recommending this condo to our friends and family interested in visiting North Shore. :)
