View of the house from beach - Alligator Point Florida This 3,400 square foot five bedroom, four bath Gulf front luxury home was just recently completed in September of 2006 and is new to the rental market. It is located South of Tallahassee, Florida at Alligator Point, Florida on the Gulf of Mexico, just 40 minutes from the Tallahassee Airport. This new, comfortable and spacious beachfront home is only available during the summer months. The house features granite countertops, tile throughout the bathrooms including floors and showers, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors in the main downstairs living area and wall to wall carpet throughout the second level, beginning at the stairs. Four of the five bedrooms have water views. There are two decks facing the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor deck is screened in and can easily seat 12 people and offers a panoramic view of the coast. This screened in porch is just yards from the water allowing anyone on the porch eye contact with family members on the beach. The second floor balcony is open air with a railing and is situated directly off both master bedrooms. The first level has a large family-sized kitchen opening to a large family room and formal dining area, (all in one room facing the beach). This floor also includes a full private bath, a guest bedroom and a large laundry room. The second Level has two master bedrooms, with king size beds and private baths, face the beach. The two upstairs guest bedrooms have queen size beds and share a bath with a bathtub\shower. The downstairs bedroom (on the dining room kitchen level) is next to the downstairs full bath. If you enjoy beautiful, white clean sand on a quiet beach, easy access to the marina and hopefully good fishing, you will not be disappointed. Hope you enjoy our house as much as we have. The deposit includes a $100/non-refundable cleaning fee.
